I have this in my subscribe items. We love it for cooking and it is definitely needed when it arrives every two months. Great taste, eat to use, and it is definitely a short cut when you don't have the time or ingredients for homemade cheese sauce.

Tried this today. It's pretty good, but as others have noted, the recommended recipe of 1-1.5 cups of pasta per 1/3rd cup of mix is quite strong. I did actually a little over 1.5 cups and feel like I could have used more pasta or less mix. Probably best to either up the pasta to 2 cups or reduce the mix/butter/milk a little. Very good though. Close to Kraft in flavor.

I love this stuff. been buying it for years. I use it for popcorn and add in extra for mac and cheese or make my own. 2 complaints of this gift from god product that has nothing to do with the taste, flavor or texture. Price and size options. They used to sell this in a big bag but they took that away. I would buy that not just for buying in bulk, but also I don't feel like I am being wasteful with the thick plastic. container. For the price, not happy that its a higher for getting no color vs the orange. I would have thought its the opposite. But being a white powder makes it entertaining in theaters when I wip a baggy of this stuff out and I tell my friends "I really need to like this movie." Other than those complaints taste and texture is perfect.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We have repurchased this many times because we love it SO MUCH. As a mom with picky toddlers who love mac and cheese but you can turn nearly any kind of pasta into mac and cheese ---- we recently made orzo and used this and my kids LOVED it! Who do not buy the store bought box mac and cheese anymore since we can make it healthier with this powder! 12/10 recommend! Tastes amazing!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:An amazing comparable to the original Kraft Mac and Cheese original formula from the 1980s. Delivered on time as advertised.

I was excited to try this after reading multiple reviews that stated the flavor was very cheesy and you didn't even need the full 1/3 cup recommended per serving to get a strong flavor HOWEVER I did not agree and I was very DISAPPOINTED. I love the flavor of Kraft but I like my mac and cheese extra cheesy so I typically prepare Kraft with only 1/2 a box of noodles and a whole packet of seasoning so the flavor is stronger. I decided to try this product because I was looking for something healthier that I could mix with any type of noodles or rice. I had no issue with mixing or clumping and it creates that classic Kraft unnatural orange color but the flavor fell short in my opinion, it does taste very similar to Kraft but it was NOT CHEESY ENOUGH for me personally. I followed the recommended portions of powder, butter, and used slightly less milk with macaroni noodles. Of course it would be easy enough to add more powder for a stronger flavor but considering the container only comes with about 3 1/3 cups of powder or 10 servings following the recommendations, for $15 it would not be practical to use more powder.

I get tons of compliments on this for mac and cheese. Kids love it and I pre-package for the convenience of a box with out all the junk. It comes to about $2.25 a"box"

Hmm healthy and good. I loved it for mac and cheese, and I also sprinkled it on vegetables and popcorn!
