I was looking for a relatively inexpensive ale yeast to start making mead and ended up buying North Mountain Supply and I've been very happy with it. I ended up only needing part of one of the packages for my first fermentation and was able to store the rest and use it a few weeks later with no issues. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I purchased a 3-pack of yeast and paid for 3 packages (total of 9 units). However, I only received 3 units in total. This does not match what I paid for or what was specified in the product description. I kindly request a prompt resolution.
