Love this toaster. It works a lot faster than my old one. If you need to stop the cycle there is a cancel button which is so nice. I would say that it's ability to toast evenly is not consistant. It varies each time. That really doesn't bother me because there aren't any truly untoasted parts, some areas are just darker. Its easy to set. It makes great bagels. It looks nice on the counter. I recommend it.

Several things I like about this. The bagle setting is nice in that it directs more heat to the cut side when loaded per the image on the top. The single slice option is also a very nice touch. The level controls seen consistent and repeatable from side to side. A previous toaster we tried and returned because the top and sides got and stayed hot to the touch for some time after the cycle was complete - this one does not. I like the pull out crumb tray over the drop door but, the location in the back of the unit makes it less convenient than if it were in front as you still need to pick up the unit to access them.

Really attractive stainless steel toaster for your counter top area. Like the multiple settings and the ability to toast Bagels and English muffins without them getting stuck in the unit. The four slots work independently as "two slices" and "two slices" toasted at two different settings if desired. Worth the asking price. The temperature controls worked nicely for quite a while but now it seems the toast doesn't brown as quickly as previously so temp has to be increased or run a second time and push eject button when to desired grilling. Works well with exception of temp seems to have decreased in heating element time taken to toast. -- Not a deal breaker would consider buying again.

My old toaster, while still working was getting a little beat-up so I decided to replace it. All I can really say about this one is that it does what it says it will do. I was a little surprised to see that they don't recommend using it for toaster pastries, but other than that I'm happy.

Love love this toaster. Had a 2 slice one but took too long to do another two so purchased a 4 slice one

After four and half months the toaster is not toasting evenly on both side of the bread. One side is nicely toasted and the other side is barely showing any sign of being toasted. In order to get an evenly toasted piece of bread you have to pull out the bread flip it around toasted again. If you are lucky you won't burn the bread and will get a evenly toasted piece of bread. I would steer clear of this toaster.

This is an amazing toaster. The slots are wide, the toasting scale is accurate, and it’s overall a wonderful buy!

It takes up a bit of counter space, so if you have storage space to put it away after being used, I would recommend that. Temperature controls are easy. It works, but one side of the toaster on each slot doesn't toast very well. One side gets dark and the other side barely toasts at all. It's kind of frustrating.
