Must have for your postpartum recovery, good price point, no irritation, not thick and a refreshing cooling feeling. Only problem is that it sometimes leaks a little, but nothing crazy and totally worth having. You need this for your recovery, I used it for 8 weeks and preferred it more than the tucks pads.

Such an amazing product for postpartum relief down there! The pump is easy to use and dispenses a nice, soft foam that provides a gentle cooling sensation where applied. The foam didn't get too cold and I never experienced any irritation even with stitches! I would simply reapply the foam after every pad change or every time I used the restroom in combination with my peri bottle and healed well!

This product is the best product created for postpartum women. Makes healing so much better, easier and less painful. Almost blissful and makes you feel as if you didn’t just have a baby. I would put it on a pad then put the pad in the freezer and take it out to be a padsicle. It lasted many hours till I needed to change the pad. The bottle lasted me for a very long time even after I was done with it. The smell was good. Which makes it even better because after birth the mom feels gross. Would totally recommend buying this product for postpartum. Worth every penny!!!

This stuff is great! After having my baby, the nurses sent me home with witch hazel pads which were great. The only problem is, I would forget I had them on, and I would flush them in the toilet, so I needed something that was similar and stumbled upon this. I wish I would’ve found it first before I had to have my toilet snaked. It provides comfort and works great for postpartum care.

The foam itself is light, easy to apply, and didn’t leave any sticky residue. And the witch hazel? Absolutely wonderful. It delivered noticeable comfort, helped reduce swelling, and gave that clean, refreshed feeling without irritating sensitive skin.

I was gifted the Frida postpartum recovery kit and loved this product in it so much that I had to repurchase.It really did provide a cooling feeling where needed especially when used with the other products. It’s an easy to use foam pump with a lid for easier storage. It really is just a nice cooling foam.
