Nier Gestalt & Replicant Game Soundtrack.

This is one of the best video game soundtracks ever made, in my honest opinion. I don't particularly gravitate toward any one genre, and I will admit that this collection is very emotional and melancholy, but so was the game. I guess the music is that much more powerful when you have memories to tie the songs to. Needless to say, if you liked the game, you will enjoy this collection of music. Emi Evans' voice and emotional expression are superb, as well as the other singers on this album. I hope everyone involved in this production keeps on making music!

We were expecting this to arrive about a month after we ordered it, but it came in around two weeks! We were amazed at the fast delivery! Not only that, it came packaged in a box that was full of packing peanuts and paper to keep it nice and safe during travel, which is always a plus.The soundtrack itself is phenomonal! I could play the game for hours, and sometimes have fallen asleep while in the main town, lol. The music was just so beautiful and soothing. It can also be heart-poundingly intense! You don't have to be a fan of the game to appreciate the music, either. If you love classical and world music, you'd love this soundtrack.

The game was pretty great, but the soundtrack...is just out of the world. I find myself coming back to this again and again after 10+ years. Thank you Keiichi Okabe, Emi Evans, and all the members of MONACA for creating this masterpiece!

This game, its music and characters, is truly one of the most underrated titles in recent history. With its twisting and turning plot and old school squaresoft atmosphere I can't imagine why anyone with an actual appreciation for gaming as an art would dislike this game. This soundtrack is a gem to be treasured, filled with tension, suspense, emotion and raw energy. Anyone who owns this game must buy this soundtrack, anyone who appreaciates video game music as a legitimate and respectable craft must buy this soundtrack, and lastly, anyone who enjoys quality music absolutely must buy this soundtrack.

The music in Nier is such a wonderful experience that I had to have the soundtrack of it. It's some of the most light-hearted music I've heard in my life, all of the tracks have some sort of significance to it. I watched a let's play of the game by the Super Best Friends and thought "Wow, I'd love to have the music on hand for the future" so since Google Play had nothing I decided to import it. The game is equally amazing, love it!

I don't buy albums for video games, like honestly there's never been a reason to. Any album you can find off youtube, or just play the game. But Nier, the ost is a masterpiece in a way I don't think any other game comes close to. Keiichi Okabe has done alot of stuff, but when he's working with Yoko Taro he just reaches this sound that's just.... I can't put it into words.

Nier is one of my favorite games ever made and has some of the best music I ever heard. If you love the game as much as I do this is a must buy.

Great soundtrack, love it! Only problem I have is the CD case came broken can't really complain as it was imported, but the discs themselves were fine but would have preferred to keep the case as intact as possible. Maybe the seller could send me a spare *wink wink nudge nudge* case that'd be appreciated. Maybe they were sent over seas by united airlines lol
