Black Lagoon: The Complete Series [Blu-ray]

This is a great anime series

I've watch a lot of anime out of which only 3 i really want to own and Black Lagoon is at the top. So when i saw amazon had the complete collection this includes Roberta's Blood Trail + digital copy i jumped on it. However the digital code cant be redeemed cause funimationdigitalcopy.com or funimation in general is no longer on the web the link sends u to crunchyroll streaming service that streams anime like black lagoon. its worth it anyway if you like the show. Update.... if the u don't care for the classics border the cover is reversible and in my opinion has a great picture of Revy. Amazon also sells Black Lagoon 1rst and 2nd barrage which includes a DVD copy for $100 its the same thing so if u don't care for standard DVD save some money get this one I paid $70

Cant Go wrong with this animation. I Finally Completed my set for my dvd folder. I got the soundtrack of off amazon.jp cause it was way cheaper then amazon.com. I do not support funimation by any means so its a worthless digital code to me. I bought it because it was shipped and sold by amazon.com. With funimation ruining english dubs to the point of no return it has made me love the english subs alot better. That is the only reason why I buy anime. Funimation has ruined English dubs beyond me going back to them So why bother with a useless digital code. I wont even give the code to my worst enemy thats how much I despise funimation. Overall the series is great. Its one I love to watch over again every once in awhile. Reason why I picked it up is its getting harder and harder in my area to get DVDs. If your looking for the Soundtrack dont pay amazon.com prices of 60 bucks it literally 20 to 25 plus shipping on amazon.jp. Overall Great anime 10/10

For the price this is a great set. It's a bit lower than the price of the original release of BL with the OVA being released separately. The digital copy decided to work which is a shock because when I bought the Saga of Tanya the Evil (which was about a month and a half ago now) the digital copy still says "not active" but this one worked so that's cool. Highly recommend buying this set over the old one because it takes up much less space wherever you store your blu-rays because It's only 4 disks compared to the old set's which included the dvd so it was like 8 disks with the OVA included.I am surprised that it is 4 disks though, I thought there would be 5, two for season 1, two for season 2, and one for the OVA, but season 1&2 are split in 3 disks 8 episodes each, and the OVA on disk 4.

One of my favorite anime series, with the exception of the weird little murder twins episode. Bought this as a replacement to anime I recently lost. The previous collection was a fat case for the series and a separate purchase for Roberta’s Blood Trail (OVA). Always annoyed with the big cases, don’t fit in holders or when they do it messes with my OCD having to put things out of order and on the bottom of a Blu-ray tower... so having everything in a standard case is nice. To top things off, Funimation now gives you a digital copy as well on their own streaming service. Also a small nice addition, a reversible cover in the sleeve so you can decide which version of Revi tries to sell you the series when digging through your anime collection for something to watch. Recommended series and physical purchase.

In the 2000s Black Lagoon introduced me to anime and I fell in love with the action and characters. I have yet to start watching it but I do have a complaint about the product, so the disc holders are very flimsy and will not hold the discs in place. My solution was to purchase a CD binder to hold the desk but keep the case up for display. Other than that, if you can get this at a discounted price, highly recommended!

amazon mixes up black lagoon anime with sum weird movie make sure you got the right review mine was shipped by "iSold It az0170" no dents or bends a lot of dvds ussually come messed up guess they get crushed by boxes on top but not these ones makes me really happy how cool it looks on my shelf iam gonna pop it in my PlayStation later and watch OVAs from Roberta’s Blood Trail! and Revys hot 😍 🔫bangbang🔫
