(Seemingly) Underrated but quality terrarium
I was super hesitant to buy this at first because a) lots of glass in the mail, b) few Amazon reviews, and c) bizarre YouTube “review” videos. Went ahead and took a chance since I needed a front opening tank for a new lizard.Pros: Package came a day early so that was awesome. Was pretty easy to assemble and the final product looks so good - really a good looking tank. It is sturdy/stable, easily accessible from front and top, and I love that it can be disassembled if needed at some time. It looks like some of the negative reviews are because people didn’t read the instructions (or watch assembly videos) - specifically for the chord pass through. You do need to inspect the photos here carefully - each model has a different side configuration (glass and screen).Cons: not really a con for the product, but the delivery box made me fear for the worst - the box had a giant hole in the side and generally looked like it had been thrown around. But, I was amazed when I opened the outer boxes (two) to find an intact tank/glass. However, the shipping damage caused some of the styrofoam inserts to break and so the tank was covered in obnoxious little white balls. I sucked em up with the vacuum hose and all is well. Honestly the biggest con was the plastic wrap that was used on the glass panels - it was seemingly impossible to remove and took the most effort of the entire assemble. Other con, one of the doors came with a small crack near the top and I think one of the screen lid clips is broken. It is still totally functional and attractive, but it always sucks to get something new with blemishes/damage. I’ll update this part after I reach out to customer service.Edit: customer service has been very responsive and they quickly sent out a replacement door and top which arrived today.Overall very happy with this and wish more people would take the chance, order it, and push out some reviews. I think a lot of people would love this as an alternative to others on the market.

Perfect Sneke Retirement Home
The media could not be loaded. I finally upgraded my 6 year old Ball Python, Chestelle, to her forever home and it's everything I was looking for. There is plenty of room for her to comfortably reach full adult size with plenty of additional room within the tank to add new terrarium décor or when cleaning it out. The installation wasn't too difficulty and the instructions are relatively easy to interpret and apply; thankfully no damages were identified which is important to note as the package will come with a plates of glass used when setting up your tank. I am no totally sure what the suction cup attachment is utilized for on the side but I am sure their is applicable utility that provides value (i.e. humidifier chord). I like that it comes with a key to lock it since I have a child that will be growing up with her. The product is heavy (55-60 lbs) so I would take that into consideration when determining an appropriate tank location. I highly recommend this product to reptile owners but with some of the exterior wall being mesh material, this would not be a suitable tank for aquatic life.

Perfect for my adult corn snake
I got a corn snake as a baby and she grew so fast that before I knew it she had outgrown her 10 gallon tank. I was originally going to get a 40 gallon tank but my snake likes to climb up branches and get closer to her heating lamp/ sunlight. I love that it’s the width and length of a 40 gallon, but it’s tall unlike other tanks. The packaging was really intimidating at first but once I started putting the walls together i realized it was very easy. My snake is so much happier now that she has more space to roam and new and abundant hiding places.

Very well packaged, sides could be trouble for animals that like to escape
This wasn’t my first choice for a tank. When the tank we ordered was broken in transit, this is the replacement we were able to get. that said, I do really like it. Assembly was very simple and straightforward and gloves were supplied to keep the glass clean while you assembled it. There are a couple things that I’m not super thrilled about but they’re minor and haven’t caused us any problems. No matter how much I messed with the front pole, I couldn’t get it completely even. this made the doors a little lopsided. And rhe ventelation on the sides of the tank is just loose in the front. It’s held at three sides and our guy doesn’t push on it, but I could see a persistent snake or small lizard easily being able to push it enough to get out or get themsleves stuck. (Ignore the mess in the pictures, the actual first thing he did when we moved him in was fling his food everywhere.

FINALLY
After 3 failed shipping attempts for the ExoTerra of the same size (completely shattered all 3 times), I ordered this one. I was hoping that because the tank required assembly, then it would be packaged better to begin with and would help to ensure that it would not break before I ever got to see it. Initially, I was really disappointed that I couldn't get the ExoTerra (no local Petco/Petsmart carried this large size either).I am so happy I ordered this. It was super simple to assemble and the Exo Terra accessories, that I bought when I first purchased the other tank, fit very well. I was the most worried about the lighting top and it fits just fine. It only took an hour to assemble, silicone down the thermostat and thermometer probes and program/test the thermostat and light cycles. To anyone who is having trouble getting a pre-built tank intact, I highly recommend these knock-downs.The only downside I see to it is that mine came with larger mesh sides than the pictures shown AND the videos I watched... so it probably is not for reptiles that require a more humid setup. My boy is a corn and I live in Louisiana, humidity has never been an issue. I did, however, purchase a humid hide cave just in case it turns into something he actually needs.
