Time and Date Setting Hold the button long 3 sec. Then change the hour by pressing shortly, Repeat sequence for the minutes date. For more info you can look into instructions.    Notice:  The watchband is water repellent, but the mechanism is water resistant just for a short while - do not go into water with the watch.    Battery Life  It depends on your click rate it has about 1-2 years on an average pressing-person.    Magnet Closing System  It allows many different sizes and it is strong.
