We purchased a different mat at the local big box store. When we removed it from the wrapping the edging on the mat actually tore. This mat is heavy duty and fits perfectly. We haven't had to clean it yet but suspect it will be just like out last one which lasted a very long time.

It was hard work trying to find a door mat of this size, 47” x 71”. It was even harder to find one with a subtle design, one that would work well with the color of the outdoor carpet covering the boards of my front porch, and one that I thought I could love. But I found it here in this UltraLux Entrance Mat!Size was the most important issue because, finally, I could no longer ignore (pretend it didn’t exist) a large stain that began 9” from my front door. Pattern was important to ensure a natural look since a great many mats are very position-specific. Too, I had meant to order this larger size a week or two earlier but, instead, somehow ordered a smaller one of the same pattern by the same manufacturer. I put the smaller one at the outside entrance onto the porch, just above the top step, and this larger one coming 71” out from the front door. I didn’t have to re-carpet the entire front porch; the only work I had to do was to slit the tape holding the shipping box closed.I was looking for a mat I would love, and, yes, I found it with this one — and its smaller version. I actually ordered this 24” x 35” entrance mat by mistake. I had intended to order the one with a length greater than 70” to cover a stained area in front of the front door. Receiving this one worked nicely, though, on the front of the porch above the top step. I’d had another there, fairly new and much loved by our outdoor cat, Jack; my only semi-worry was, of course, whether our spoiled little Jack would adapt easily to a new mat. Cats, I’ve now learned, are very mat-adaptable. He has yet to miss a day of his hours spent laying on it, large upright framing on both sides of him. His roles of protecting the porch and yard from other cats continue. He looks quite majestic as he lays there on a mat much classier than the earlier one.

I am using this as a chair mat in my office. It stays in place on a hardwood floor and does not show dirt!

My brother, who is disabled, requires a stable surface for walking, in the garage, after exiting the car. This rug is very durable & does not slip. One rug is positioned near the car door & another towards the door of the house. Even on the wettest days these rugs provide a safe walking surface.

I have a large porch and wanted something to cover a larger area and this is perfect. It is made well and looks vey nice. It is also easy to clean, just hose it off. I received it about 2 or 3 days after ordering. Very pleased with this purchase.

This is a very well-made rug. I had no issues with any creasing. The rug came in, I took it out of the packaging and it stayed flat on the floor immediately. It is very thick- not a flimsy rug. I am very happy with this and in the future, will be getting a few more for other areas. I have had no issues with it moving on the ground. The gray is actually a nice color and with the black trim around it, it is pretty handsome for a rug.

Our floors stay so much cleaner with of these at each door. We have two Aussies that are in & out throughout the day and drag in dirt, mud, grass, leaves, and etc., but now I have to sweep/dust mop much less frequently.
