These are pretty good. The hubby was pretty excited when these came as they were a surprise for him. Here are his pros and cons.Pros:1) various colors. This helps him keep things organized and matching. He is very organized, so this helps his brain not explode!2) they shrink pretty well! He hasn't had a complaint here, and says they work as expected.Cons:1) the box pops open easily. This is only a con if you have curious children around. Within a couple of minutes of receiving the tubes, my daughter managed to spill them everywhere. The box is definitely not the best quality, but it does an OK job. Just watch where you leave this if you don't want to spend forever picking these up.All in all good tubes. He is pretty happy!

This is a great selection of heat shrink tubing and it comes organized and compartmentalized in a plastic container. I got it mainly to fix my charging cables as well as to cover the ends of the brake and gear cable wires on my bicycles. The tubing is good quality, has no print on them, and was easily shrunk using my heat gun. For my iPhone cable, the outside sheath of the cord near the charging connection had already ripped, hence I wanted to make sure the tubing would be tight around the cord. So I stretched out a smaller tubing from the inside so it would just slide over the charging connection on the end of the cord, and then I heat shrunk the stretched-out tubing. Despite the stretching on the tubing, it still shrank with no problem and provided a really tight fit without me having to glue or tape the cord. Overall, a great product and I now have all the heat shrink tubing that I will ever need!

I got this kit because my Apple lightning cable has exposed wires and I was not going to spend $20 to get a new one. I saw some YouTube videos on how to fix the cable with heat shrink tubing, so I ordered this as I had no idea what size I needed. I was able to do the fix with my blow dryer set to high because I don't have a heat gun. This is such a handy invention! I'm now looking around the house to see what else I can use this on! Hahaha! The plastic box is nice to keep them organized according to size.

I've used this Kit to put together my Home made boombox. CCA wires poke through the sides of smaller tubes before shrinking. so you have to check carefully before shrinking them down or they could short out. Also, a couple of tubes opened during shrinking, and I had to carefully cut and resplice those. I ended up double tubing the connections to be safe So far my boom box is fine, but I'd only use these for short term or Low importance projects. If you want to fix cars, boats or especially 120v stuff, I'd get other tubes.

These things are awesome. I bought these for some tight , secure connections in a work vehicle I just bought. I was a little concerned that tieing 3 wires together might be a problem. I went up one size than normal, slipped 2 wires in one side and the added connection in the other. Use a heat gun to melt the solder in the middle first. You can see the solder melt and you know you're good. You need to make sure and support the wires while heating. These connectors get a little limp when heated and things can move around if you aren't careful. In some areas where there might be some rub, I added an extra layer of heat shrink tubing. Great connection and I'm not worried about anything rattling loose.

The container for heat shrink solder is sturdy.It comes in a good varieties of sizes for different needs.It worked. It provided a secured joint for wires.The transparent sleeves allow precise inspection when I inserted the wires .

This is a very comprehensive set of shrink solder sleeves. There are 200 pieces in this set and they come in a nice secure box/tote. They work very well and are an asset to any one that works with electricity. A must have. A+

Nice kit of shrink tubing. Wide assortment of colors. Wide range of sizes. I work in electronics and often need shrink tubing to insulate component leads. Also to bundle a group of wires together. This kit contains pieces long enough for most of my applications, in some cases I can cut them in half and get two jobs done with one piece. The 2:1 shrink ratio makes for a nice snug fit.
