My previous coax cable was installed over 20 years ago and just recently I was not getting some major channels. I pulled the cable from basement to 2nd floor spare room thru a vent pipe space , connected to the in cable then to the Spectrum cable modem, now get clear receptions from channels I previously didn't get. Need to have cable company replace outside cable from street to house and then I will be certain that my cable and internet speed will definitely increase. Well worth the money and probably won't be replaced for another 20 years. Happy!

This cable RG 11 cable is great especially for longer cable runs as it provides less loss of signal. Just remember the RG-11 versus RG-6 cable is a slightly larger diameter and is a little stiffer to maneuver. Let cable set outside to make it easier to use. Great product and very fast delivery. I ran this from antenna to grounding lug and brought in all the channels. This is a thick cable with good R11 connectors on each end.

This is thick and less pliable than RG-6, but it is worth the effort of installing for better signal quality. I had a cell phone signal repeater and was using RG-6, switching to this RG-11 got me ~5X more signal at the end. It was not as difficult to work with as I feared, tight corners are difficult.

I'm an installer of RF transmitters. Got this to get me by in a pinch before ordering a spool of the good stuff. Well, as long as I don't use it for a long run I guess it's o.k. Can't really return it considering I snipped an end of to size up wall bushing for an install. Sure happy I didn't order a spool here. Never going to buy it again. Note for other sellers. List if it's Solid Copper or Copper Clad. Be honest. Not this in the notes of "Oh, yeah.... It's solid"

I ran 75-100' of RG-6 Quad-shielded cable to my TV antenna mounted in a tree. The signal meter on the digital TV indicated 3-5 bars of 10 bars possible signal strength. Using this RG-11 coax instead of RG-6, the signal stabilized to a solid 5 bars.Bottom line, if you're having a fluctuating 1-2 bars on your TV reception indicator, this 75-100+ foot RG-11 solid core coaxial will likely stabilize the signal. But don't expect the signal to improve drastically, except only to significantly stabilize the signal quality.My TV antenna equipment includes a high gain Channel Master TV preamplifier hooked into a Channel Master four port distribution amplifier. The TV antenna is the highest gain Winegard currently available, and trying to pull-in TV broadcast stations from 45-50+ miles away with lots of trees and some hills in the path.

The cable was solid and of good quality.

I replaced the Cable run in my house ( RG56) with this cable directly to the modem. The cable company ( ROGERS - CANADA) was unable for the 11 months that I have been a customer to get my internet signal to work effectively. I finally gave up on their technicians and looked at the issue myself. I noted the cable to the house was RG 11 and then switched to RG 56 going inside the house. I had to redrill a hole as this cable is a little bit bigger and voila. Over a 90% increase in speed to the modem! I am impressed with this cable!
