The variety alone justifies the price. Personally, I feel like it brought every grit that I'll ever need and there's enough of each kind to call it more than just a sampler pack. Each pad lasts as long as I think it should

These are fantastic! I got them for a DeWalt sander, and they are long-lasting and well priced. They do a great job and allow openings for all of the holes that collect sawdust as well.

Been using them a lot getting my porch railings sanded down to get ready for primer and fresh paint. After a fair amount of use they slide off center from the sander head. May be true of all multipurpose tools or could be the back of these just don’t stay tight. Hasn’t been much of an issue since by the time they get really incapable of staying in place they are ready to be replaced. I haven’t had to use all the different grits but seems to have a very nice variety.
