Easy to use
Been using is for a few weeks now. It comes with a small bottle of oil, small screwdriver and a small wrench, which fit all of bolts and nuts. However mine were all tight. As a precaution against squeaking, put a small amount of oil on every moving part. There hasn't been any squeaking. The assembly part is just a single bolt that screws into the front, there is a knob on it for easy installation. I put a little oil on that also, it screwed in easy. It's well built, comes well packaged. Love it

Works as expected - seems solidly built
I purchased this for my wife to use at school - she is a teacher and spends quite a bit of time sitting down. This enables her to get some exercise without having to walk around. The biggest downside for me was that it would not work for me because of the angle of the pedals - my desk is low and I cannot raise my legs high enough to use it under my desk - otherwise I would have purchased another one for myself.The instructions were a little sparse on the usage (how do I use it effectively?).

Good Little Stepper
This stepper works well. You get as much of a workout as you want. I seem to remember the description saying it had adjustable resistance,there is no mention of it in the instructions that came with it. I'll go back to the web for instructions.

It works!
Pieces are falling off. I wouldn’t buy this as a long term piece of exercise equipment, but I’m using this on a temporary work assignment at my desk. Not bad for what I paid for it.

Timer doesn’t work
The timer on the unit is so weird; it doesn’t keep the correct time. So if it’s umportant to you to know how long you’ve been on the stepper, you’ll need to set your own timer. Or maybe I just got a lemon.

Could not adjust tension no instructions on the display and the wrench doesn't work for all bolts
I gave 4 stars for those ready to start Hard with this. I need to work up to the tension this offers. Only one setting. No other option but Hard Workout. Not for those like me with arthritis working slowly up to more tension. This does not allow that. Also, bulky under the desk and hit my knees when I tried. Good luck to all trying to slowly get back to exercise.
