YEEMAX 9 PCS Better Quality Classic Wood Robots Toy (Various 3 Robots x 3 Boxes)

These little robots are the BEST! In a world so full of junky plastic, it's a relief to find a good old-fashioned toy that sparks imaginative play and exploration the way this one does. My (almost 4-year-old) son is gentle with his toys, so we haven't had some of the breakage issues others have reported. The faces are each painted and fastened together slightly differently so they have unique expressions, but I'm impressed with the quality of construction and the fact they stand up unassisted. I would give the product 5/5 stars, BUT three boxes of three robots arrived for a total of nine, not the 12 advertised. These went from being party favors to party decorations, since I do not have enough to cover my little guests.

Only received 3 boxes of 3 robots, so 9 rather than the listed 12 robots. Also of the 9, there were mostly repeats of style/color. I got 4 of the green ones, 3 of the red ones, 1 blue and 1 orange/grey. No yellow or white. The quality seemed fairly good at first, pretty smooth edges, nice paint, and easily posable, but unfortunately they soon proved to be lacking in durability as one robot lost a head and one robot had the little nob on top of his head fall out within the first day of play (both pieces were found in my one year old's mouth, so definitely keep away from small children). Overall a big disappointment. Too bad, as they are cute and fun and my 4 year old had a great time playing with them before they started breaking.

UPDATED:I did hear from the seller within hours of a negative review. Received a partial refund, and a promise to make things right. Loss of 1 star for poor responsiveness.Buyer beware! Only received 9 of the promised 12 robots. The quality seemed to be ok when they were gifted out, but being short 3 toys led to a few tears. No response from the seller despite trying to contact them several days ago.

These were gifts for the children coming to my sons birthday in the morning but there aren’t enough as we are missing an entire box and only received 9. Super disappointing. Also one robot has an arm piece entirely missing from the arm so its one arm is shorter than the other. I can’t figure out how to contact company...
