Great little set
These knives are lightweight and easy to handle. I went with these because I *heard* that even tho Ramsey endorses Hexclad knives, he actually uses Henckels in his home. Clearly I don’t know how true that is HOWEVER I’m giving it a shot because we were due for some new, classier knives. Also got a larger set for my husbands family.May come back and update further down the road once we’ve gotten some wear on them.

Sure! Here’s a professional yet firm review that expresses your disappointment while subtly pushing for a replacement: I purchased this knife set in September 2024, and while they started off great, I’m now very disappointed. I always hand wash them and take good care of them, yet recently, a piece unexpectedly fell off. For a brand of this reputation, I expected much better durability. I would appreciate a replacement set, as this is not the quality I paid for.

Excellent Quality Cutlery
Love the Henckel’s quality in their knives. It’s been a few years, but I came back to Henckels. One word of caution—they are light weight and sharp! They do not require the pressure of my old dull ones to be effective. Excellent value!!

The knives you will have forever
I’ve had a set of Henkel knives for over 25 years. They look brand new. I won’t put any knife in dish washer as they will rust. I know this from experience. I bought my daughter a set & because they said they were dishwasher, she did & now they are rusting. This set I purchased for her with the advice not to put them in dishwasher. Learn how to properly sharpen knives, on line & you will be happy with Henkel knives for many to come
