When I lost my key to my CAMPER, I figured, no problem as I'll simply go to the hardware store and have re-made from a spare I had (thankfully I had one spare). Well, after three attempts and no-one could make a copy, I was told by the key specialist to 'contact the Camper center that you purchased your RV from and they will help you'.... Before I did that, I decided to get on Amazon since, after all, they have just about anything! I was right! Sure enough, within just a few days and a few dollars, I was mailed two new keys that fit my Camper door Perfectly!!! I could not believe it!!! I spent so much time, energy and gas running around trying to get this key remade, when all I had to do was 'click on Amazon, enter the key code (on the one spare I had)' and YAY ! New needed key on the way! I must admit that I was doubtful the key would fit since 'that would just be too easy'! I ordered these since it stated that they are black, and the picture shows them as black. Since all i can find is purple, i figured this would be a good way to separate my front and back RV keys. They work fine, so that's good. But the 3 stars are due to not being as advertised

The keys were Cut correctly. Only one worked or would even go in the lock. After looking closely the solution was to file the cuts on the flat sides. Now both keys are perfect.

Sadly, money was wasted. The keys did not work as expected. I wanted that extra set to have on hand , and, unless I misunderstood what I read, they do not fit my camper.

Bought this item for an older used RV trailer. Only had one key and wanted spares, it worked without problems.

I did not know, but this keys are precut for the trailer door lock. They fit perfectly into my 6X12 Cargo trailer door lock. Awe some product,
