This brace can be uncomfortable. I bought this thinking I could mindlessly slip it on and not having worry about slouching, but this isn't the case. If I slouch, it's uncomfortable. It digs into my underarm and the pads make the issue worse. It's a bit bulky and cumbersome but you can probably wear it over your shirt and under a sweater without it being noticeable.So how does it help? If I don't slouch, it's not uncomfortable... and that's it. Don't slouch. The brace is more of a reminder to not slouch and pull your muscles and bones into the proper position. That may not be helpful if you don't even know what proper posture is supposed to feel like in the first place. In my case, I suffer from issues in my shoulders due to chronic slouching. The brace helps me keep in mind to keep my shoulder position.I haven't used it at work but I'll slip it on at home and I think so far it's been great.. If you have posture issues, I would seriously recommend bringing it up with your doctor and having them explain everything you're doing wrong (it helped me). A brace isn't going to solve all your posture issues. In fact, it's really just a reminder but if you need that help remember to stop slouching, this will definitely help.

I liked that this harness is comfortable and snug, but I didn’t like how bulky and difficult to manage all the straps were. I put it on for a little bit and it definitely pulls the shoulders into correct posture, and it didn’t hurt or pinch thanks to the padding. Unfortunately the padding itself is very thick and stiff and not super comfortable to work with.

Great idea and concept but not ideal for all. Too bulky to wear under clothes or a jacket and wish it went smaller. Even with the straps extended all the way, was still big on me and not even enough resistance to help with posture.

It needs more padding, bit very comfortable.

It didn’t seem to be doing any “correcting” of posture. It wasn’t comfortable S it rides up too high on back.

Very uncomfortable. Scratchy. Was very obvious through clothing. Should have spent the extra money and bought a better one.

keeps your shoulders straight as described - straps could be a little wider at the shoulders, have to constantly adjust to get just the right support
