LuxUrux Bathroom RugI don’t usually make comments on products I buy, but I found it necessary to comment on this product! I almost broke my neck getting out of the shower, when this rug slid on a perfectly dry tile floor! It was a danger, because its inferior rubberized backing offers no aid in securing it from slipping! I seriously felt that the product should be removed from sales! Having said that in my first review, I am now compelled to comment on what happened as results of my review! In less than a few hours from releasing my review, I received a message from the company's customer service saying "How can I help and make it right for you". I was surprised, both at the response time and the offer! I responded back, saying I would like a refund! Shortly after, Jessica responded back to my request, saying the refund was no problem, but she still wanted me to be happy, so she explained that the product had been improved! She offered to send me a new rug so I could comment on it,and she felt I would be pleased with it! I agreed, what can you say to service like that! I was very pleased that she cared enough not only to fix the problem at hand, but to make me happy as well! She refunded my money and sent me a new rug a few days later! I stepped out of the shower again on to it! Hooray!! The new rug didn't move at all, it gripped the tile floor very well! I'm very happy to say!I’m also sorry that the last time I didn't get a chance to comment about things like, aesthetics, and quality! So, I will now! I really liked the color, and the construction quality of the rug, plus the shag which is very soft! Yes, I'm very happy with the new rug, but I'm more impressed with the service I received, you don't see that much now days! My thanks go out to Jessica for caring and helping!

Washed twice and the backing separated from the mat. BUT.... I submitted my product review and was contacted by the seller within a day or two. He was very polite, but he was aware of the bad batch of rugs being produced. I must admit, I was not very happy he knew and still allowed the rugs to go out. He asked how he could make it right and offered a full refund or even a replacement. Since I had already sewn the pieces in a few areas I told him to just correct the quality for future customers and to offer a few words on the product review should anyone happen upon one of the other poor quality rugs. Unfortunately, you can not determine which rug is bad being stored in amazon warehouses. Knowing this he reaches out to try to make thing right. However, I thanked him and just politely declined a refund or a new rug. Today, nearly a month later, I received a new rug. It is just as beautiful as my first one; vibrant and soft. I am not worried about the quality of this new one as I know the company owner will make it right. He didn’t have to send me another one, but he did. Thank you for my replacement and for caring about your customer satisfaction regardless of their request for replacement.

Bought it to wipe doggies paws after coming in from outside, but she also loves to sit on it. Easy to clean, just toss it in the washer/dryer.

Absolutely amazing. Just the right size and I love the feel of it. My kids and I have been using towels.... haha! So this is a good change! I definitely recommend this bathroom floor mat. We live in a tiny apartment with one squishy bathroom. This fits perfectly.

Nice thick mats. Rubber backing makes them slip proof which is important. A little thicker than I thought from the picture but I like them. Ordered another smaller one to go in front of the tub.

This bath mat was soft and absorbent until it was washed for the first time, according to the stated washing instructions. The inner lining completely fell apart. Sadly it happened 2 days past the return window or it would have gone back. Also worth a mention, the spa blue is a very bright light blue. It is much brighter blue than pictured.

I LOVE my rugs. They came in a set of three. As others noted, one of the rugs was a different shade of gray than the other two. I don't mind this at all. I think it is probably intentional.I find them warm, cozy, and soft, and not at all strangely synthetic feeling, like most synthetics. I prefer cotton but cotton doesn't dry as quickly as this rug. The loops are so long and luxurious that my dog does indeed store food randomly between the loops. I don't even feel it but he freaks out if I step on it accidentally, apparently he knows where the kibble is stored, within centimeters. I don't know why he does this and I don't know if it matters, but I guess it leads me to think that if you needed a lovely soft mat for your dog inside his carrier, you could use one of these, and your dog would feel secure and happy storing things inside and hiding things in the pile.As far as slippage goes, that was most important to me, since I am older and disable, and a fall could cost me dearly. I don't think a fall is ok for anyone, but for someone with diabetic neuropathy or numbness in their feet, where you can't really tell where the edges of things are, and you could trip easily, especially when barefoot, it's incredibly important to have a rug stay put. I think the fact that I have marble tile on my bathroom floor keeps this rug in place. In fact, it stays in place so well it takes two hands to move it if you want to straighten it out: You can't stick out your foot and maneuver the rug.Lastly, I appreciate the willingness of the seller to be available for any problems or issues, and that they reached out twice to make sure I was happy (with my purchase). That' s more than most spouses do over the course of a few years, so yes, I like the rug and the shade of charcoal gray is particularly spa-like and appealing in what is otherwise a white and annoyingly neutral bathroom. It's a tiny bathroom but the dark color anchors the look and is a nice contrast to the soft texture of the rug. Enjoy!

Small bath at, lovely and non slip! I bought 4 and am using 2 for bedside mats as the compliment my colour scheme perfectly!

Washed it before use as I do with everything and the backing immediately started to come away - return is in progress
