Item got here sooner than expected and is working perfectly so far. I can already see some wrinkles on my skin fading slowly away!

Inspected item right out of the box, needles were bent deeming the product unusuable. Had to return it. Would give zero stars if possible. Disappointed too, this was one of the few rollers I found with this needle-depth. 👎
