Love the idea but not fan of the result.
Nice idea but not well thought out. Works good but not great. The mount kept sliding off and falling. I will try and make some adjustments but for now it gets 1 star.Update 5/16/2019I've been meaning to write this for a while only I've been to sidetracked. But I made adjustments like I mentioned above with some double sided tape and it works like a charm. I also changed the clap style grabbing mechanism and put a magnetic which all of my phone cases have the magnetic hold for them and it works like a charm. So my rating will go from 1 star to a 4 star.

Great idea but has flaws
Nice idea. It’s very solid and stays in my dashboard well. However, I imagine this will not work in all vehicles because some dashboards can be too thick or designed so that this mount doesn’t attach well. Placing the phone and removing it is very easy as well. However, the pole where the brackets mounts is too short. It needs to be longer (taller) and should come forward a bit more so that the bottom of some phones doesn’t hit the base when the phone is vertical. Also, another flaw is that the top of the pole is at an up facing angle. This needs to face forward to give some phones the ability to face horizontally instead of angled up. You may have issues with iPhone X Max and some Galaxy Note phones as the size of the phone hits the stretch limit of the bracket and makes it difficult to insert and remove. I hope a next generation of this product makes those improvements.

Find a better one
Slides during use. Don't forget to remove while not using. It will leave indentations on your dash. It tried to on mine during use on a hot day. Can't imagine if left there just how bad it would be.Do yourself a favor and find a better one. Wish I had.

Having a longer return time. People's lives are so busy that they forget to return by return date..
The product did not work at all just fell off the dash. Doesn't work like it states.

Not the best.
Not what I thought. Hard to place due to the clamp being so big. Tried it in my car (Camaro) no place to actually mount it with out being in the way. Also in my wife’s car (Acura MDX). It’s just a door stop now.

Poor design
The clamp that holds the phone was difficult to operate, too stiff. Also, the mount itself was not strong enough to hold to the dashboard, it kept sliding off.
