I like this YHhao product but I did have a small problem, when I got my delivery it look use so I return it and with no problem at all they refund the total amount so I will try again I do like it looks solid and reliable good prize so I will see

This works as it should and keeps my iPhone 5C (with a bad battery) in play for the full day. I don't like the usb port that was added. I really can't see a use for it other than to be in the way, but maybe you might like it. Anyway, it gives me a good 2 full recharges on my little bogus phone. (not may main phone)

I had a similar cover before which unfortunately broke.This Yhhao is exactly the same it turns out.It just has the right size and that nice rubber feel to it, and not at all bulky. Delivers quite a punch and charges the phone about 1,5x.Power-wise this is as good as it gets from a battery case for the Iph5/SE.Price-wise, best deal you can get.This battery is btw exactly the same as the one sold by BSWHW, I got one of those too.

So I got this bad billy on Oct 31 16! So I have had alittle time to write a proper review. Durability is Great, longest drop is off two story house landing on rocks no problems! The case was loose and you can hear the phone rattling around in the case when first got it, put in small piece of heavy paper in the rear of the case! The hole for the ringer switch is not right, the loose case and the hole being to far forward makes for the ringer button being moved into the off position by the loose case!! If you install heavy peice of paper in the rear it pushs the button up againist the case and will not allow the ringer to be on at ALL, I cut a small notch for the ringer button to remain on and I only did it because of the recharge capacity!!! I get 2.5 FULL battery recharges from this bad billy!!! If you can fix crappy engineering short comings and have an awesome set of tv repair tools and know how to use them, then this case/battery that has HUGE recharge capability is for YOU!!

I love this item so much! It gives my phone 4x its battery life. I bought my Iphone 5s from another person, of course he didnt tell me whats wrong with the phone, and so i found out that it has battery problem. At 40% it will shut off without warning. And so i found this case now my problems are solved. Plus, their customer service is awsome. So kudos for the product and so thus the customer service. I highly recommend that you buy this product! You won't regret it.

To say the least I ordered the product and had an awful experience and thought to myself why is it so highly rated for this junk that doesn't work. I rated this product a one star and described my complaints in the review.RE-EVALUATION:After the company had read my review I received an email almost immediately aplogizing and explaining that my product may have been defected upon manufacturing or damaged upon delivery. They were very compassionate towards their customer and actually sent me a new product. After reviving the product it seems to be working perfectly. The only reason I have rated this 4/5 stars is because a normal headphone jack will not fit into the jack hole built into the case. I'm sure I can easily find an accessory that will extend the jack to fit into my headphones however.

The battery on this case is very high capacity - holds a good amount of backup power on the go. I also really liked the "kick stand" which allowed the phone to hold itself up - for watching videos while washing dishes, etcThe design drawbacks however were enough for me to stop using the case and instead invest in the official apple charger case, which seems to have a smaller capacity but significantly improved overall performance.For example, the charger cord location is redirected to the right rather than the bottom (presumably to avoid patent design issues.). This probably led to one of the functional side-effects - a very soft buzzing noise while talking on the phone while charging. It was loud enough to bother me occasionally.Another problem was poor alignment with the phone occasionally - it seemed the battery would often charge without charging the phone, because the case "forgot" it was in use.By far the worst part was the indicator lights at the bottom. They were blindingly bright - so much so that even after I covered them with duct tape I could still have trouble looking at the phone while charging.The iPhone official charger is significantly more expensive, but clearly worth it for UX reasons for my usage.

NOTE: I have several of these cases from different brands. I accidentally posted a poor review here that should've gone to a different one. This one works much better.I ordered this about 3 months ago and use daily. It's still going with just a couple of minor issues.Pros:* It added around four to six hours of battery life to my iPhone even with high usage apps such as Pokemon Go and Amazon Video.* It's pretty, and has a nice feel to it.Cons:* The case doesn't protect the front glass at all - doesn't extend past the top of the phone. DO NOT DROP IT.* The Status lights just sort of all stay on until it's dead. They are helpful when charging to tell you how far it needs to go.* The on button doesn't work quite right: I have to turn it on and THEN connect the phone or it won't work.Overall, I've tried several of these 4800mAh battery cases; this one is one of the better ones. I've just ordered another for those long Pokemon Go safaris so I have a spare, :-)Note: on some of these, the battery may overheat and swell, making it difficult to fit the phone in.IF YOUR BATTERY SWELLS, DO NOT CHARGE, DO NOT USE, DO NOT THROW AWAY! Take it to a place that disposes of batteries - sometimes Best Buy or even Home Depot will take them.
