I had initially given the product a scathing review since out of the box I had a charging issue. Dockem reached out to me unsolicited, and provided a replacement product. That confidence, professionalism and customer service caught my immediate intention so I gave the product another try.The charging cable was physically attractive, malleable and the lighted end added to its functionality. It filled its intended function. Its in use 2 weeks now and I am getting consistent high speed results. Satisfied customer.

Well I was loving this cable, love the lighted end, this was the main reason I got it, so I could see where it was, but after about a week, it's now flashing intermittently like it's becoming disconnected 😕 I would buy another one again though, I liked it that much.UPDATE Jan. 25thThis company is awesome, they took care of it, I already loved the cable, now I love their customer service! 👍

Bought a 2 pack, liked the illuminated connector for the car at night and bedroom charger. But, after 2 weeks, one has developed an intermittent connection at the USB -C connector. Just bumping the connector causes the blue light to go out. When the light is out, it will not charge the phone. It is tough to find position that makes a connection to the phone, then bumping the phone breaks that connection. I would probably pass on this design if I were looking for another charging cable.

I've only been using it for a week or so, but so far it's a really nice cable. For so long I've gone to bed searching for my charging cable in the dark and fumbling around to plug in because my wife is already asleep. So it's supper nice to have not only a cable I can find in the dark, but one that also directs the light toward the charging port on my phone. This cable is like one of those 'how did I live without this before?' things.

4/8/19 Neglected to read the reviews before buying. No good as a data cable. Keeps dropping the connection to my car stereo. Planning to return it if manufacturer doesn't respond.4/12/19 I have raised the rating 1 point. Received 2 replacement cables today direct from Dockem based on review, though I hadn't requested replacement, yet. Thanks Dockem. I'll test the new cables and report back. If new Dockem cables perform well, I will raise rating further. Note: In response to the letter included with replacement cables: I tested both of the first Dockem cables before posting bad review and both performed poorly. I have tested both the original Samsung cable that came with my phone and other cables and all perform fine. So, the old Dockem cables really do seem to have problems.

I have never encounter a more proactive vendor. My initial review was negative. Dockem reacted by replacing the cables with ones that worked. The product works! The vendor is proactive! what more can you ask.Original review: "The cable does not charge my phone. I ordered two cables. One does not even turn on the light. The other turns on the light but it goes off as soon as it is plugged into the phone. Neither charges the phone."

Very cool cables at first, but now I have to get all new cables. There durability is horrible. I treat cables well so that they last. I roll them instead of folding them etc. But they lasted less than 4 months. Not acceptable to me.

Looked very durable, loved the light for hooking up at bedtime. But only worked 2 nights then stopped charging my Note 9. Ordering new one hopefully it was just a defective one
