Loved this bench! The Was great for a few weeks, and that is the one star. But then it got moldy and the stain started to erode. While I love the bench, it is not sealed well enough to keep moisture out of you use it daily in the shower. If it weren't for that, this bench would be perfect!! I would recommend sealing it with a wood sealer BEFORE I sing it in a wet environment.

I'm using this for a shower seat, as listed, because I have myofascial pain syndrome and often have trouble standing for more than a few minutes. It's sturdy enough for my weight (between 120-140, currently on the high end) with no wobbles or weakness detected, though that's largely about how well it was assembled. It looks nice and clean, not cheap, in my tile shower. It didn't take me long to put it together, less than half an hour, with the included hex key.I've taken off a star because the instructions were minimal and useless and because the hardware didn't quite match. I had 3 screws of a different length and slightly thinner than the others and one random small nut thrown in, almost as if they ran out of the right type of screws just as mine was being packaged, but it assembled fine just the same.

Not sturdy at all. Wide tolerances in pre drilled holes. After one use near moisture the finish has changed.

I bought this bench to expand my non-existent bathroom counter space. It does not take up too much room but because it has 2 levels is able to hold lots of my small items in the top portion and some miscellaneous items in a basket in the bottom shelf. If is well built, does not wobble and wipes down easily when I spill stuff on it.

This product is easy to put together, but definitely holds moisture and has potential to mold. I have had mine for about a month, and the water has stripped it a little, and the legs are prone to mold where they meet to shower floor. I guess if you have the time and energy to keep up with cleaning and drying this item all the time it could work.

This is a great product. It is durable and easy to assemble. It has multiple uses.
