Update: I am finding the cushion which is what stops the vibration up the tendon is extremely hard, I am use to a soft gel lump inside the arm band. At first I liked it, but maybe I tighten it too much, and its actually bothering me. My arm aches from the hard pressure being applied. I have a thin arm so I tighten it so it doesn't slide and move, but in doing so, this inner pressure pad is too hard and causes discomfort for me.Original Review: I play tennis and have had tennis elbow a twice. I wear prevention protection. My old Mueller band is wearing out and I decided to try these. I actually like them a lot. It was not too big for my small arm but it is very adjustable as the strap can be adjusted on both sides of the band. The velcro is very secure. The pad which applies pressure is long and firm so it provides enough pressure to stop the vibration up the tendon. I do not have an injury now, nor do I ever hope to have tennis elbow again. This package comes with a breathable mesh carry bag and two bands. I am always washing my band so its great that I can keep an extra one in my tennis bag. I am please with the fit and feel, its not itchy or scratchy. The material is soft. The velcro work well and its easy to tighten with one hand.

This simple band has helped my son's tennis elbow. The extra support around your forearm eliminates any pain that you may encounter during forearm heavy exercise. For the price, it is definitely worth trying if you experience pain in your forearms.

This wrap fits well and can be tightened from both ends of the wrap. It helped ease some of the pain when my elbow pain hits. I do wish the it exerted more pressure on the elbow. I have to tighten it as far as it goes to feel the relief.
