Similar to Toppik
I've tried all the hair loss concealing powders out there. This one most closely compares to Toppik - it's rather dense, heavily pigmented and coarse and doesn't really blend so much as sits on your scalp. If you try to tousle the heavier spots to make it look more natural, pretty much all of it vanishes and you have to reapply, so it's a little persnickety.Otherwise it works fine. The dark brown is very dark and a little goes a long way.Because it's a coarser, heavier grain it can tumble from hair to forehead or shoulder so check yourself thoroughly before leaving and use a little hair spray to hold in place.I don't have problems with this coming off on sheets but I do find it comes off on my towels when I wash my face at night as there's always a little that's migrated closer to my hairline, but as I have olive skin it's not visible - I imagine someone with whiter skin might have a problem with this.If I don't remember to pre-treat the spots on towels before laundering, they don't come out in the wash, but this is true of most of the hair powders. I should just go with brown towels and be done with it ;)I use this as a last resort - when I run out of the brand I like X Fusion. A little goes a long way so I suspect I'll have this as a back up for years to come!

YOU WILL BE AMAZED!!!
CUVVA IS A TRUE GODSEND! I have lost hair on the sides and a large area int the crown area. I was always careful to take care of my hair and loved my hair. After going to a dermatologist, approximately 10 years ago, I was told that I had alopecia and I would lose all of my hair. I remember the dermatologist examining my head and hair and stated after her examination, "You poor thing." I left devastated and cried all the way home. But then I realized that I had not been diagnosed with cancer or any other debilitating or terminating illness and I thanked God and held my head up. Shoot! I can buy hair. LOL! The dermatologist saw me for six months and injected needles into my scalp, which hurt like heck, because the area was never numbed. After this course of action did not work, I bought several wigs, which I received compliments on, but got tired of wearing them. I finally took the wigs off and wore my hair out, which I received terrible whispers, especially with regards to the bald area of my crown. I was on Amazon one day and saw Cuvva. I looked it up and viewed a similar product on You Tube. After reviewing the tape, I said,"What the heck and what do I have to lose"; even though, I couldn't really fit this into my tight budget. It seemed quite pricey, but I had tried everything else, so why not try this. When Cuvva arrived, I couldn't wait to use it. I went to work the next day and my co-workers, family and friends were astonished at the results. Because of the large area, at my crown, a bottle only last me about a month. I love this product and it has definitely given me my confidence back to show and style my own hair. THANKS CUVVA!!!!!!!!!

Surprisingly Effective
Legit review here, not paid or offered a trial. I have early-mid stage male pattern baldness, not a bare scalp but the hair is noticably thin and the scalp is pretty visible, and honestly this product really works for me. It doesn't look fake, doesn't irritate anything, and doesn't leave a weird residue. You can run your hands through it and it will stay put, and It lasts until you wash it out. I tried it on a whim and frankly, I'm pleasantly surprised at how satisfied I am. I'm not 100% sure the price point isn't a bit jacked up for the material (its a powdery substance that looks a little like cooking spice from a shaker) but I can live with the $30. I'm a critical person and rarely leave good reviews, but I think this deserves it.

amazingly natural look
I've been using the Black Bumble and Bumble hair powder for a few years now and they just discontinued the black so I was forced to find another product. I read various reviews of many products and decided to go with the CUVVA. Being use to somewhat of a messy overspray from my last product, I was ready for a very messy application. Happy to say, that although CUVVA can be very messy as well, a lot of the mess can be controlled by making sure I don't apply too close to the front of my hairline and keeping my head faced down in the sink. Doing it this way keeps the fibers from falling on my forehead and nose. Spay a little hairspray to help keep fibers from moving too much and style! My hair looks really healthy and shiny! Unlike the hair powder that left a matte finish.

Saved my hair game and my self-confidence!
I'm a female who's always had thin hair, which is far more noticeable with dark brown hair. I'm in my early 40's, and it's gotten so thin that my scalp is visible through my hair all over the top half of my head.A couple years ago, I finally discovered hair fibers. These work perfectly for covering up all the sections of extremely thin hair. I originally tried Toppik and I recall having a bit of difficulty getting the fibers to actually stick to my hair, and their recommended hairspray didn't seem to help either. So, I decided to try Cuvva because it had good reviews, was similarly priced with the other hair fibers out there, yet Cuvva gives you twice the amount of fibers (twice the weight). I was so happily surprised, when my first order of Cuvva arrived, to find out that not only is this brand half the price of others (based on weight) but it's so easy to apply and stays in my hair well without needing any sort of hairspray to hold it there (ie Toppik).I don't know what I'd do without Cuvva at this point. I'm so grateful for this product. It saved my hair game and gave my self-confidence a boost!

Red tones..
This product would have worked well, but the light brown had red undertones and so it didn't match. So, keep that in mind when ordering.I haven't used a spray hair camouflage, but this product was really good as far as messiness. You shake it on (like a large salt shaker) so there is no risk of mist getting on unintended targets. In all, I'm glad they have a return policy as it is headed back. Sad. I really wanted it to work. On to the next product...

A very good experience
I got this for my wife who's got some small patches of thinning going on at the top of her head. We gave this a try and it works like a charm. She was so thrilled that it covered the thinning area and it really didn't take much. It's a very fine fibrous powder and came out without any issues. For such a simple and inexpensive product it really made her feel so much better about her appearance. Good stuff!!

Just alright
I bought this to cover up some grey roots in between colour appointments but they seem to get everywhere and are not easy to apply.
