i recieved piece with half broken seal( seal was like a white paper tape only) and unattached. there were minor scratches near plug button on left side.so i retured it on the same day without connecting to solar

Utl solar charge controller works as advertised but I received a defective piece but its functionalty was good , It will automatically cut the mains when battery is fully charged load will run on Solar and Battery it will reconnect the mains when load is very high also If the battery voltage drops below 11.8v it will reconnect the mains .I returned the product as it was damaged . Also I had a sukam mppt charge controller which works good but doesn't cutoff the mains.

Working good, but I received a product which was already used, a screw was missing in terminal connections, otherwise it was upto the expectation,

The media could not be loaded.  Enough for 12/24v solar system all battery and pannel protection features are included in this SMU. It's give 95% efficiency of solar system.now iam using 165+165w pannel and 150ah battery

I have been using this hybrid controller since one and half months.Connected 2 loom solar panels of 125w each in parallel connection. It performs as claimed. The controller charges the existing battery of the home inverter and getting nearly 3units /day. It automatically selects battery current or main line for the load during daytime. Really computer controlled .

The above item was delivered on 28th October 2019. We only installed on 19.11.2019. After installing we found that there is no display in the display board. We want to rectify the defects. It is requested to guide us to take further line of action at the earliest.
