Makes tickering noise
The product finishing is below par.There were chipped off paints in both handles. I exchanged the product to new one as there was no option to return. Even the exchanged product had chipped off paint!The product doesn't allow you to go for a full body extension as it starts coiling half the way and makes some tickering noise. It is so irritating that you end up not stretching full.

Quality
So the product quality is superb but the quality of knee matt is okish according to the price point. Overall roller is superb and gets jab done.
