The blanket is just what I expected. I bought this for my son who has had trouble sleeping. He moved alot in his sleep. After getting the blanket, it has helped sleep more peacefully.My son is 7 years old, and the blanket is about 5 to 6 lbs, perfect weight for him. Before bed he is always making sure to grab his blanket. I want one for myself now as it felt so comfortable to just put over me, i can onlynimagine when i get one my size.The only downside is that it did not come with washing instructions. I am going to have to do that research online.

Super soft. great quality. Easy to wash on a delicate cold cycle . must hang dry. Drys with in about 2 days. Love the color. Really would like to get another one. 9 pounds is perfect. I wouldn’t get anything heavier then 9 pounds. Shipped fast.

Love this blanket! I'm a very restless sleeper...tossing and turning for hours each night. Even the nights that I do sleep I'm up every few hours. I'd heard weighted blankets help with insomnia and decided to give it a try. The weight of this blanket is very soothing and calming. Not only am I falling asleep faster now, but I'm also sleeping through the night and waking in the morning feeling rested. Highly recommend!

Bought this blanket for my grandson who has ADHD and he loves it. He gets to sleep quickly and does not thrash around in his sleep now. He is much more rested when he gets up in the morning. Would recommend this to anyone that needs to get restful sleep.

Very happy I decided to get this blanket. My son's preschool teacher had told me about weighted blankets and that they would help him to settle down for bed. He is very active and bounces all over the place especially at night before sleeping. The first night I use this blanket he calm down way faster than normal. The next few nights I used it he fell asleep even faster than before. It has an obvious calming effect as soon as I put it on him. He loves to carry this blanket around and use it often. The quality is excellent and it's the perfect size.
