Solidly built, everything fit, instructions excellent!!
We chose the UDPatio hardtop10x12 (NBGB003-1012) to fit my new brick patio. Winds had shredded our old 10x10 tent style gazebo. I read reviews very carefully, considered and rejected all gezebos offered by the 2 big box lumber retailers, then two other retailers with online offerings, studied 6 brands and various models on Amazon, finally chose the UDPatio based on positive reviews, size, features, price. Overall, a great experience with assembly, and I noted the quality sturdy metal and good powder coating. It was quite involved to assemble, we did it in 12 hours with 3 people, 2 steady, one helping as needed. We could have used 4 ppl at times, but we're all tall and fairly sturdy, and we managed. As one reviewer strongly suggested, we unboxed every part first, laid some out on tables, returned others to boxes, labeling the boxes with the part codes inside of that box. That made assembly so much easier. The instructions were MAGNIFICENT!!! 4 pg parts list, a 1 pg exploded view of the gazebo shown being built in 5 sections, 5 pages of more detailed views of those 5 sections, then 26 pages clearly showing the 26 steps to completion. Every assembly already completed was shown in black, with new parts in the next step shown in red. Genius! It was tedious, careful work, but not frustrating since the instructions were never confusing or incomplete. Never once did we curse the engineer, the manufacturer, or the fit of any part. The only times things did not fit, we were to blame for having reversed something right-to-left, etc. Only once (in step 2) did we have to drill 4 missing holes, and that, into sheet metal. Easy peasy... You'll spend steps 6 to 23 on ladders, and you'll benefit there from 2 ppl on 2 ladders, occasionally 3. We used 2-6' step, 1 - 8 ft for the highest work. The job was sped up immensely with the use of 2 cordless drill units equipped with 10mm nut drivers, with selectable clutch settings. The hex bolts also have Philips drive on the hex, but we could not get the bolts tightened properly without stripping the Philips slot. There was no damage noted to any part, thanks to the excellent packaging. The unit came in 4 boxes, with absolutely everything wrapped in plastic to avoid scratches, the boxes made of super heavy cardboard, with plywood frames inside reinforced with heavy metal brackets, metal corner pieces, and cushioned on all sides by solid Styrofoam. One of the best packing jobs I've seen for heavy content. Holding my breath for the first wind, and later, snow, as the owner's manual specs differed greatly from advertised specs for snow load and wind. so I'll update my experience with season change. The only disappoints are: no netting to cover the gap between the main roof and the vent roof, a big gap above the netting rails, and no gutter system. Other than that, I highly recommend this gazebo!

Nice
We ordered the 10 x 10. It was packaged very well, I mean very well. Delivery was quick and it wasn't too bad putting it up. Two men about 6 hours. Unfortunately one of the posts was damaged but I have no idea how considering how well it was packaged. Even with that I would recommend this product.

Have Patience
So despite this not having a lot of reviews, the ones it had were good so we bit the bullet and bought it. We are so happy we did. After looking at many that were hundreds of dollars more, this is just as nice and in a few cases better quality. A few things to keep in mind…1- we purchased the 10x12 and it came in 4 very large & heavy boxes. When FedEx was delivering the 4th box there were big deep gashes in the cardboard. It looked like forklift tines had gouged it when it was being loaded or offloaded. I made the driver wait while I opened the box to ensure none of the parts were damaged. That was the first I saw of how it was packaged (my husband was on his 7 day rotation so the boxes were sitting on the deck waiting). The packaging is so well done. They have wooden brackets and bars to hold the metal beams inside styrofoam. It is very protected inside the cardboard boxes.2- the directions are pictures. That’s it, and if you miss a step you will find yourself going backwards. So take your time.3- PATIENCE…it’s not a suggestion, it’s a requirement. Due to the size, all the pieces for the roof and the fact that the directions are nothing but pictures, you are not going to just whip through this.4- if you follow the directions it goes up very easy. It is time consuming. My husband put this together by himself with help from our daughter’s boyfriend only to secure the frame and then to secure the roof frame. It took him a day and a half.Overall we are extremely happy that we made the purchase. It is very solid and has zero leaks. We’ve had a few thunder storms with significant rain. The true test will be how it handles a PNW fall/winter/spring. Oh, the one drawback is that there is no gutter system. So the water from rain just runs right off it. If you plan on putting this up against a house or other structure, that is something that could pose an issue.

Good product, but some difficulties
The gazebo was very well packaged and delivered. The paint and strength of the actual gazebo seems high quality. It took 3 people about 12 hours total to install. Some of the directions were a bit confusing (just pictures, no words). Also it was very difficult to put attach the very top roof pieces because it was so tall, you need someone willing to be on the roof to screw in the peek together. It is very helpful to have a good ladder, drill, and electric screw driver. We also bought some extra supports to attach this into the grass.

Great product for the money!
I bought this during Prime days last summer. My son and I put this together ourselves with 2 ladders and a hammer drill. We used a hammer drill on the legs to drill ¼ inch tapcons to anchor it down. Then a regular drill on the rest of the unit. After we finished it - only three days later - we had a terrible storm come hit our area - the airport registered over 90 mph winds. I watched my gazebo throughout the storm because I was afraid I would lose some of the roof pieces, etc. It did sway some but it never collapsed! The storm took out my wooden privacy fence but the gazebo held. I was so happy that it withstood that gale because the description said it could withstand up to 49 mph winds. This is solidly built – good materials and well worth the price and effort we put into it. Very happy with this product!
