Ohana 11-Piece Outdoor Patio Furniture Sectional and Chaise Lounge Set, Black Wicker with Beige Cushions - No Assembly with Free Patio Cover

Ordered the furniture from Amazon- a usual painless process, even with an item of this value. Shipping was a little complex. And took awhile. From Portland, OR to the San Fran Bay Area, took two weeks (so even though it is listed as a "prime" item, it is not). Amazon contracted the shipping through CEVA who lost half of the order (the chaise lounges and the furniture cover). Contacted Amazon and they started hunting the order down right away. The shipper couldn't find it, so Ohana was ready to ship the lounges again. Great customer service from Amazon and Ohana all around! CEVA, not so much (they get 1 star for poor service, to include customer service). After three weeks, we got all of the furniture set up- looks great and worth the wait.The product itself: Very comfortable, repels water, looks like it will be easy to keep clean, even though it is light color. Furniture build is excellent. Chairs/Couch/Chaise Lounges are sturdy, despite being fairly light in overall weight. One oddity is the ottoman cushions- they do not have any fasteners on the cushions themselves, so they will blow off or slide off of the ottoman. Other cushions do have velcro attachments, which seem to work well. Included furniture cover is very nice- the thing is HUGE.Overall impressions: the set looks great. The wicker is smooth woven black wicker, and is woven very well. Looks durable and very resort like.I would recommend this set to anyone interested.I would however, caution that the color is a true black, not brown on the wicker itself and the cushions are not a true white, but a white/very light tan, with darker tan dots at about 16 per square inch or so- which is very nice and hides dirt without being too noticeable. I really like the set.Would hope Amazon changes shippers for this product.

This is the most amazing set. It was delivered assembled and in a week. I cannot believe how nice it is. I looked around for a long time and was shocked at how expensive just loungers were...I didnt have 6K to spend on a complete set of patio furniture. I saw this set and was skeptical. I read all the reviews on all the different combinations...and finally settled on this. For $2900 and 11 pieces, I couldnt beat it. I'm so glad I made the purchase.The product itself: It is black, not brown. It is not wicker, its made of a material, maybe rattan? that looks like wicker, but is a bit softer/rubbery. It is made very well though and I'm not worried about it falling apart. the frames seem to be painted aluminum. The cushions are very nice and comfortable, easy to clean.I added a pic when I first put it up...I love that you can move it around into any combination you want. The only thing I dont like- the black part, gets very, very, very hot. But, its patio furniture that sits in the sun so I can live with it. I put a nice umbrella over it.

Good quality, looks very much like the photo in regards to the light tan color. The cushions are not white, they're cream. and the wicker is not brown, it's black. Looks great in the yard. Wicker seems like it's plastic, but good quality and very nice looking. The table is a bit on the small side, in person, but it'll do.

Great value and hold up outside.
