Quite literally the worst camera or video camera ever.If there was an one star option I would take it.Pros: It's light and the cardboard box looked quite niceCons: Battery lasted 12 minutes on a full charge this was on auto using the default I'd setting.No UK plug / power adapter includedThe SD card slot is poorly designed and requires a LOT of pressure for a card to be seated properly.Menu is unintuitive and the controls are lacklustre and unresponsive.It isn't possible to operate the device whilst charging so there isn't even a work around for the terrible battery performance.Resolution on the fold out display is awful.Despite trying every setting the system beeps would not turn off.3.5mm Jack socket didn't workAll of the above is bad but the worst of the worst is the actual capture quality.Grainy, jerky footage that looks like the blob people invaded and sound to match.I can only assume that the reviews with more than one star are sponsored or just fabrication.

Its a gift, so i really dont have too much to say. But i can see she will like it. The camcorder is nice packed. Easy follow instruction. I havent had camcorder in my past, but it looks all cool. Its a shame for such high price, i expected at least a SD card.

I bought this camcorder for my daughter's 10th birthday. It arrived promptly and intact. It's wonderfully light and easy to use but unfortunately our particular camcorder was defective. The seller however provided superb post purchase service-answering all email queries and solving the issue seamlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend using this seller again 😁

I like this camcorder nothing too hard about it's workings at all, good picture, both on the camcorder and once downloaded on to a disc.

Bought this product for a major holiday I am now on. Within 3 days the strap that helps you hold the camera came away from the body of the camera and is now held on by a single thread making it very hard to hold steady. Coupled with an infuriating habit for the camcorder to freeze requiring you to close it and, in effect reboot it. It really is a load of rubbish and has necessitated me buying another one in order to ensure I have a record of the holiday.

Bought it for family occasion. only used it a few times in the time i had it.. got it out one day to use it and the battery was bloated and had leaked. bought a new battery hoping it would still work.. but alas not. it must have corroded the internal workings of the camcorder.it's a shame that they have used inferior batteries, this day and age batteries should not leak

you have to hold the camera too far away from the object or person you want to capture so you loose the clarity. remote is not practical, you cant set so many things practically. overpriced for a poorly designed camera
