Game-Changer for people who love to track and nerd out on health metrics!
I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring Air for two weeks now, and as someone who loves tracking health metrics and diving into data, this ring has exceeded my expectations.Pros:Sleek and Lightweight Design: The ring is super comfortable to wear 24/7.Comprehensive Health Tracking: From sleep stages to recovery scores and metabolic health, the data is rich and detailed.Actionable Insights: The Ultrahuman app offers personalized suggestions that have actually helped improve my sleep and energy levels, especially the caffeine window suggestions.Battery Life: I only need to charge it every 3-4 days, and the charging process is quick and hassle-free.Stylish: The minimalist design looks great and doesn’t scream “fitness tracker.”Cons:Price Point: It’s a premium product, so it may feel expensive compared to other fitness trackers. But the value it provides makes it worth it.Learning Curve: If you’re not already into health tracking, it might take a little time to understand and utilize all the data. The Ultrahuman app can still do a better job at explaining the plethora of data metrics that it has to offer.Weight Traning: If you are someone who lifts weights daily like me, the ring might not be too comfortable when doing weight training. If you obsess over small scratches, it is better to take the ring off for those gym sessions(you can still keep it on for cardio sessions though)

Lightweight and Effective Fitness Tracker in the form of ring
I've been wearing the Ultrahuman Smart Ring for two weeks now, and I must say, it's incredibly light and comfortable. Unlike a smartwatch, it doesn't feel bulky, making it easy to wear all day and night. The app provides detailed and insightful stats on sleep, movement, heart health, and stress levels. I find these indicators really useful—they motivate me to stay active and take breaks on time. If you're looking for a simple, distraction-free tracker without constant notifications, this is a great choice. The only downside is the battery life. Since I have a size 7 ring, I get about four days on a full charge. It could be better, but overall, the performance and comfort far outweigh this minor drawback. Definitely a great alternative to a smartwatch for those who prefer a more subtle, yet effective health tracker!

DO NOT BUY THIS RING AT ANY COST!
The ring worked for a week but after that it was completely dead. That’s not even the worst part about the ring, the worst is their horrendous customer service which is basically non existent, they take eons to reply but when they do, the reply is vague, unhelpful and slow and bot generated and not actual human replies. It is quite literally the worst customer support experience i have received from any company ever and the mental anguish you feel talking to them is an understatement. They did offer me a replacement for the defective ring but at last i had changed my mind after experiencing this headache of customer support and decided to return the ring for full refund which I’ll tell you was the hardest and most infuriating process ever to even get the brand started on the return process. Absolutely hate this brand and i wish they just die out of the competition. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

Surprisingly Lightweight & Effective
Been using the ULTRAHUMAN Ring AIR for 8 days now. Mainly got it to track sleep, heart rate, and general health stuff. Honestly impressed — I’ve cut down on coffee and started sleeping earlier just by watching the trends. The ring itself is super light and ridiculously comfortable; I forget it’s even there. No complaints so far. If you’re even mildly interested in your health metrics or fixing your sleep habits, this thing’s worth it. Love the "plugs" on the apps for caffeine, sun exposure and much more.

New way to track fitness
Rings are here to stay. New way to track fitness. I zeroed in on Ultrahuman after looking at multiple reviews of products available in India including whoop. I already own Apple Watch Ultra but cannot wear it all day. Wanted something that can be worn even at night with minimal intrusion. Here sharing some pros and cons.Pros1. Very light. You will not even notice that you are wearing anything once you get used to it2. Good app - Gives insights in very simple and user friendly manner. And new features getting added everyday3. No Subscription - This was a deal breaker for me. Was very much interested in whoop but its subscription cost is a bummer.4. cost - I got it in discount but it’s a value for money. Unlike cheaper rings available it uses titanium making it light and tough5. Great for sleep tracking6. Accuracy - Felt it’s quite accurate when I compared data with Apple Watch. Of course not all fitness tracker are perfectly accurate. I read somewhere that step tracking is not good in this. But I found that it’s very close to Apple Watch. So no issues thereCons -1. felt that charging experience could be better. Would like to have a box with charger. Will help to store ring as well and not thinking about misplacing it while also charging it at same time2. Not great for weight workout as it may get scratched. Also holding dumbbell/rod may not be comfortable. I tried using gloves and was fine. But was afraid of damaging it. I use Apple Watch for workout. It does take this data from Apple Watch and shows in their app3. Battery life - Not an actual con but I feel that one need to charge in 3 days. 4 days if you take it to 1%. So not as advertised4. Calorie burned - I think it gives bloated numbers of calories burned.Overall a good investment if you are looking for a ring. 1 star less for the cons. If they can improve on these areas certainly a 5 for me then
