 Very good. 6 settings. Can do clockwise, counter clockwise and can do different times on those options. It can also do 5 minutes clockwise have a break and then do 5 minutes counter clockwise. All in all I’m very impressed with it. Well packaged and dead simple to use. Bargain for 40 quid!

Unlike some reviewers, I had no high expectations for under forty quid. If you're hoping to impress someone at xmas or a milestone birthday, you should look elsewhere.I was looking for something unobtrusive which would keep a couple of watches wound without fuss. This winder fits the bill.As others have said, it is virtually silent in use, which means it can sit right next to you on the bedside table with no problems at all.I'm giving it five stars because it does what it says on the tin.

I've had this winder for three months now and I have to say that I'm very please with its performance, so much so that I bought another (although branded differently) within a month. I have to disagree with some of the description though, like "..outstanding workmanship..." it looks quite cheap & "..clear glass cover..." is just clear acrylic! Also both of mine came with only three feet fitted, one had dropped off somewhere between manufacturing and packing as it wasn't in the box. What it does have going for it are those four modes and the ability to use single direction albeit clockwise or counter clockwise and alternating. I have several watches with Miyota movements which will only wind in one direction (counter clockwise in the winder) plus most winders seem to wind far to much IMO - I only use the 5 minutes rotation/55 minutes rest option for all my watches and then only for half the day. the other great thing is they are USB powered (via the supplied adaptor) so nice and versatile. All in all very pleased given the price and I'm going to buy a third as my watch collection is growing & hope they continue to provide long term service.UPDATE - So today I received my third one of these and this one was repackaged and returned using the Amazon return option straightaway. Whilst it had all its feet, unlike the previous two, which I have to say are still doing sterling service & working very well, this one was very noisy and seem to have some trouble turning freely under power - I know they can be better than this and if there had been an option to return it for a replacement rather than just a refund, I would have been happy to try another. As it is I'll wait awhile then order another anyway, so I've kept my score at 4 stars for the ones I already have as they have alway performed faultlessly.

Have been using this for a month or so now and it seems to be working OK so far. Like the idea of the various winding times/options that are available. Its also pretty quiet which is a bonus as my previous one was anything but. The overall appearance and finish is fine for the price paid, you can tell it is not premium quality but it is was probably as expected. My only gripe is that the settings read upside down when viewed from the front. However as long as it continues to perform well I can forgive such an error. At least I can now keep some of my watches on the correct time and not have to keep re-setting them when I want to wear them.

Seems pretty good quality, plus the motor is almost silent - as this is being placed in a bedroom, I was worried about whirring noise - but thankfully I needn't have worried. The only slight gripe is that the annotations above on of the operational buttons has not been 'printed' on correctly and is smudged - but referring to the instruction booklet solved this. Overall happy, as I now have 2 watches charged and showing the correct time when not in use.

 This watch winder has exceeded my expectations. It is not awfully roomy but I can fit in two fairly chunky watches without them fouling the perspex lid. The machine is very quiet if not actually silent and can be set to perform from 1000 to 2900 rotations per day.The supplied mains adaptor is actually a small USB charger that connects to the winder via a detachable USB A to mini jack lead. This means the winder can be powered from any spare USB socket you have available, and in fact I power mine from a USB socket on a network drive rather than occupy a mains socket with the wall wart. A battery box is supplied that holds 4 x D Cells (not supplied) thus there is great flexibility in powering the winder.Overall a very fine buy at the price.

Does its job. I got this cheaper than I found it in China so its worth it. You can choose from clockwise, anticlockwise or both directions, and four time programs to choose from. Comes with a battery pack to power it and UK power charger too. It charges my watches and it looks OK. Noise is very low and you have to be in a very silent room to hear it spinning.

Used this product for over a month ago and both automatic watches have kept going and keeps perfect time so very pleased with product. Must admit that until recently didn't realise that there was such an anima considering that I have been wearing automatic watches forever so to speak!!l
