Caveat Emptor: The hole in the lid is TOO FAR INWARDS AWAY FROM THE EDGE TO ALLOW THE AVERAGE SOUS VIDE UNIT TO FIT IN FAR ENOUGH TO WORK AND BE SAFELY CLAMPED INTO PLACE!!!! As of this writing, I'm STILL looking for compatible device that will fit/work. IF I am successful, I'll post a video as I love cooking sous vide "style".

I love it, it fits my Sous Vide perfectly, this pot is very high Quality, I would recommend to anyone!! 5 Stars easily

Joules owners: thing is built great and you can use the magnet of the Joules. I'm not giving it 5 stars since it says it's compatible with Joules but you will have to wait for them to release an adapter and order it, which apparently will be at the end of the month, I also asked to their customer service if they could let me know when this happens and didn't get a confirmation about it.But it definitely is automatically upgrade over plastic containers and if I seem to get that adapter for Joules I will change this rating to 5 stars

This is one of the nicest pots I have ever seen. It is sturdy and well-made. To say the least it is really pretty. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this vessel. I am totally thrilled!

Unfortunately the opening built into the lid doesn't fit any Sous-Vide unit I could find, it's too far from the side for clips to work. So a good pot and would be great if only I had a unit that would fit thru the lid as advertised. I tried contacting Tuxton Home but no luck

Love love love!!! This pot nice and insulated, deep enough for my sous vide and the rack is an added bonus. Can’t go wrong with this purchase.

Well made and performs as expected. I also bought the thermal blanket system, the combination is amazing!

Works perfectly with the anova, easy to clean and so far so good!

This pot is exceptionally well made, air tight for Sous Viding. No concerns with water evaporation even after 31 hours at 136 F. Tight fit with the "Chefman's" clamp on the side of the pot. Top rubber gasket on the Chefman snuggly fits into the lid, which is also removable to enable you to use the pot for other uses other than Sous Viding. No adapter required. EXTREMELY happy!!

I was impressed by the quality of this pot. I was expecting something less. It's a perfect fit for my Anova sous vide, as it just touches the bottom. The size is great for doing smaller cuts of meat like a couple of steaks. Also a nice size for pasta or making soup. Very happy with it.
