METWAY Women's Silk Underwear L-rise Mulberry Silk Panties

Underpants arrived w/in the time frame, no complaints there but idk if these are Mulberry Silk, if they arent then I paid too much for them! They do feel softer than my alleged Mulberry Silk pillowcase I bought on Amzn.com this summer. But they might be just silk satin(which is just the weave). The label just says M and the rest is in Chinese. Under the barcode it says brief but the description says L-rise. But these are so high cut! (which is the style I like the least in underwear) when I wanted Low rise. It goes too high up on the waist. Also THE WAISTBAND IS WAY TOO TIGHT! that wil only be comfrtable on a 15? inch waist! Im so low-weight that I usualy have to be whatever is a smal size in American sizing so I assumed that a size Medium would be large enough; I wish Id bought the L size! * I'm not returning these because I dont want to spend the additional time/$ on gas/wear and tear/stress of driving! on this so Amzn wont give me a Refund or replcement :( Amzn/sellers/Uspo? has messed up on 5? !of my Amzn orders since this summer. This is why I hate shopping online! ;( I'm thankful for the orders that actually go smoothly!

I ordered these panties along with their New Silk Women's Mulberry Silk Lace No Show Panties. They arrived in just under 2 weeks, so that wasn't bad at all. These panties are thicker than the ones with lace trim, and a really nice quality. In the description it said that they run small, so I ordered up and got a large, but they actually sent me XL along with a note saying that their sizes are Asian. They fit really well, though, although I think L would have fit me fine as well. I measure about 38" across the widest part, but they are very stretchy, so XL would fit somebody larger as well. Both pairs seem really well made without any loose threads. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Please use latex free rubber bands. The current rubber bands are too tight in the leg openings. Please also use 100% silk for stiches. Since I am allergic to latex, I cannot wear it. Spandex is irritating to skin for everyone. Please do not use spandex. Thank you.

They looked well-made but they did not fit like an XL.

Like no silk I've experienced before so the jury is still out. They may prove to be favorites or be relegated to the back of the drawer. Nice colour. Form fitting not draping. Well constructed - nice smooth non-bunching hems (waist and leg cuffs) May be a bit snug for westerners so consider ordering one size up. Mine arrived with stubborn chemical aroma. Hoping manufacturer will address.

I have contact allergies and can’t wear common synthetic materials. Although cotton stretches over time, this one keeps its shape well.

I personally do not believe these are silk for a minute. They’re polyester. That said, they are comfortable. However, I didn’t search and pay for polyester. I wanted a natural fiber. Also there was a small hole in the back, about the size of a pencil eraser.Going forward, as I have been doing for some time, if I can find a made in the USA product, even if it’s more expensive, I’ll buy it.

The style is a little old fashioned and they need to have a wider range of size than just S M and L. But the silk is surprisingly good quality and feels great on!
