Okay so I received the item on time! Yesterday in fact so today I decided to use it on my hike.. bad idea. It definitely does what it's meant to do. I was sweating buckets good thing I was wearing all black. What I recommend is drinking a lot of water so you stay hydrated and to try it on a easy workout. It pulled all my energy out of me so I took it off on the way back down. I'm a True XL (due to my breast) so I decided to order a XL anyways and it was a bit snug my waist is 14-16 but i wouldn't go bigger because you want it to fit kind of tight for it to work. It does make noise and it does have a smell to it. I wore a shirt on top and it blocked out the noise as for the smell I figured it would go away with time.

It fits me well. Im 197lbs and 5'2" tall and I ordered XL. I didn't use it yet for workout but it feels good even though I just wore it at home doing household chores.

Fits perfect. I'm size 16 in pants and weight 220 so I have a gut I got the XL fits perfect !!!! Covers all my stomach and back isn't to short

I purchased the XXL. It slipped on just fine. Feels great. It starts warming you up after a few mins of wearing it. A lil big on my back but that's ok. I recommend this to anyone looking sweat for weight loss purposes.

So I bought a top and bottom that appear to match. The pants were super tight. I put them on first. Once finally getting them on, I attempted the shirt. It was extremely difficult. I wear a 36DDD. Putting it on wasn't nearly as difficult as getting it off. Panic actually set in that I wasn't going to be able to get it back off. I began sweating over that. I actually had to squeeze my arms out the top and pull down over my hips. However, it fit well once on so sizing up wouldn't really work. Anyone with shoulder issues will have a hard time getting it on and off. I haven't wore it for a workout. Just tried it on to make sure I could wear it before washing it.

I'll give it a 4 for the fact that I don't overly sweat. I can wear it for 4-6 hours and then I get an incredible amount of itch. After having it for a few days the smell of neoprene is very intense. It's been washed and soaked and rubbed down with detergent. I'm 189lbs 5ft 8in. XL fit okay.

It fit just right, got a large which is what I normally wear, had I gone up to an XL it would have been too loose. Overall I love it and it matches my shorts too

I bought the top and the bottom as a set and first thing I noticed when I open the box is the smell it was horrible kind of like a chemical smell. I washed it and it really didn't leave the material I only got to use the set three times before I really just couldn't take the smell anymore. The fit was perfect.
