This headset is better than I expected. It is so light and comfortable and everyone says the sound quality is very good. It holds a charge and makes talking at work easier because most of the time I would try to write while holding my phone by my ear. It works very well for what I need. I am normally doing other things while talking on the phone and this allows me to do that! Well worth the money!

The Bluetooth works fine. The earpiece is a bit flimsy, but I like that it can adjust for either ear without having to remove it like ones I've had in the past.

For the past two years I have been using Jabra Bluetooth which did not totally function with the phone. It did not play any of the videos on YouTube or any music I could only use it to talk to people that called me or that I call. This New Year piece that you sent me is fantastic I can play YouTube I can watch videos I can listen to music it is a far superior product than Jabra makes and so happy I bought this from you and it has good clarity and good reception when I make phone calls thank you so much for a great product at a good price. It OK, just OK. It's just a $20 headset and nothing more.Audio is shrill and tinny. Very little bass. I tested its frequency response with an audio testing recording and it only went down to 60 hz. By contrast, my beat up, old Plantronics Voyager sounds WAY better with solid, soothing bass all the way down to 20 hz. No comparison.Noise cancelation is not evident either. I called my wife from a slightly noisy environment and she immediately commented on the noise.On the other hand it seems to work just fine in other aspects.So, it not too bad, just nothing special.

Poor volume - difficult to hear conversations or programs.Short range - drops contact with phone around 20'.Bulky size - heavy on the ear, and interferes with dangle earrings and mask (I wear when in vicinity of allergens).

I'm giving this item 2 stars only because it works.The battery, I'm sure, doesn't last as long as advertised but it does last awhile.It's reasonably comfortable to wear.I'm returning it because of its terrible sound quality. Even at moderate volume it sounds distorted. I mean it sounds absolutely terrible !It does stay connected well and has good range.I don't consider this a good value at all for any price. And definitely do not recommend it.

Probably the best quality rig for the money easy to use . I bought one twice the price and sent it back, it was too heavy in my ear and complicated to operate. You had to memorize what all the red flashes mean, it would never indicate if it was on or off, the instructions were terrible.
