Does not appear to get rid of fleas completely.

Our local vet uses this, or one that handles worms etc as well that requires a office visit. This works exactly as it's supposed to killing all the flea eggs, larva etc. It works fast too, within 24hrs there wasnt any fleas alive on the cat, it does make the cat itchy as they die, but that's to be expected. It didnt have any side effects or ill effects on our cat, and it's a great value for the price, especially considering office visit costs. I highly recommend this high quality product.

I live in the mountains and my cat is indoor/ outdoor. Ticks are more of a problem than fleas after moving here to the woods I never have found a flea on him. A few times a year I will find tiny seed ticks on his ears and on the corners of his eyes. Catego was given by one of his vets and works extremely well for him. He hates the feel of it after applied so he runs around in a panic for a while after I put it on him. I only apply half of a tube per application because it can run down his shoulder to where he can lick it if I put too much. I know he hates it but he won’t get ticks after I put it on, so the benefits are worth the bit of discomfort he feels until it dries.

I cannot express in words (that again will allow in a review) his much this product did absolutely NOTHING.Advantage is my normal go to butt the fleas started to evolve against that. I hated the way cheristin made me cats fur all hard and stiff. So I forgot I try this. When I tell you it did nothing. I put some of my fingers and picked a flea off my car. I then put the flea in a jar. (yes it took me several times to get this right). Nothing happened to the flea. So I ended up buying capaction until I could get a very appointment for a checkup so they'd allow me to 800petmeds revolution (as it requires and Rx).I've never used a useless does product. I may have well dabbed water on my cats neck. Expect it wasn't Easter it was chemicals that did nothing.They only important thing is that it didn't hurt my cat

I bought this instead of one of the bigger brands because of the price and it seemed like a good product. Was easy to apply and didn't cause my cat irritation or anything, but he still has fleas almost a month after I used it. It did kill a bit of the fleas, but it moreso agitated them so I was able to just grab them off of him (he has very thick fur so I otherwise could not) and kill them myself.

I like it and works great. You can’t smell when you’re playing with them.
