These supplements do help with your joints. It took about a week to feel the results but once I did I felt great. They are easy to swallow and would recommend.

My husband and I have used this brand of Glucosamin|Chondroitin for years. No problems with allergies, or other problems. This product is an excellent product. I would recommend it to anyone. It is, however, a very large pill if you have problems swallowing, juice or milk may make it easier to swallow.

Long story short I overworked my knee a few years ago and have been fine since. I recently got very into sim racing and drive a manual car…so you guessed it overworked it again but this time was much worse. I work in the medical field so I started researching stuff one night and found that glucosamine and chondritin have tons of studies promoting its use.I received the supplements and literally two days later I already started to feel huge relief now I’m about 2 weeks in on the supps and I’m entirely back to normal. Running jumping hitting the gym everything I did before. I couldn’t take more then 30 steps without pain for three weeks before I ordered.This is not a miracle fix but it worked for me and I would recommend everyone take this supplement if you have any bit of an active lifestyle.
