I love that Turmeric is supposed to boost the immune system. I just received my bottle a few days ago so I'm waiting to see the results of the immune system boost because I have a cold I've been fighting for 2 weeks. I can't say that I'm noticing any difference in the way I feel as of yet as I'm sure 4 days isn't an efficient amount of time. I'm giving it a 4/5 because of the benefits it lists that it should do. Hopefully it will help with all of the above.

I really like this product. I have osteo arthritis in both knees and since taking this supplement, the anti-inflammatory benefits it provides has provided me with adequate pain relief.Having studied the benefits of Turmeric, I've tried for some time to incorporate it in it's powdered form into my diet. This has proved challenging to me for many reasons. Chiefly I do not care for the taste or for the color it some times can inappropriately give a dish. I like that in this form, I can supplement the adequate amount into my diet and avoid both of those unpleasant side effects. The dosing is simple, at one easy-to-swallow capsule a day.

I have been a regular user of Tumeric for a couple years and found this product at a better price than what I had been buying. Shipping was fast. I haven't started using it yet but it has the same ingredients as what I have been using so I'm sure it will work as well. This has replaced a lot of ibuprofen for me with better health benefits.

Gave this product to my mom. She was complaining her knees hurt. She is putting off surgery (which isn't recommend). She came to me a few days later to tell me that she can't believe the turmeric pills are working.

It already has the black pepper in it! Now I don't have to worry about adding it into my morning supplements!

Capsule is easy to swallow and three month supply bottle. Feeling some relief from inflammation.
