Well-balanced nutrition
To be honest, I’m not a fan of the flavor and the powder is somewhat chalky going down. However, I’m vegetarian and needed to find a good source of choline and other protein/amino acids to support my growing baby.- Regarding flavor, I’m 7 weeks 5 days along and my food aversions are at an all-time high. I’m pretty sure I still wouldn’t like the flavor even if I weren’t pregnant, but I’m still able to finish the shake, which is impressive given my current experiences with every other food on the planet so far. I’ve been experimenting with different recipes: berry smoothie is decent but you can still taste the powder pretty strongly; frozen chai is better, but not ideal if you’re trying to limit caffeine intake to a minimum; frozen lemonade is the best! I’ve been mixing ice, condensed milk, lemonade, and one scoop of protein powder and not only does the taste become more palatable, but if you’re craving sour this combo just might actually be enjoyable.- Texture is not going to be easy to get past. It’s chalky, no matter what, and goes down like sandy water. I have found that blending the powder into an icy drink, like the lemonade above, helps to ~slightly~ disguise this- Nutrition is the main reason I got this powder, and why it still gets 5 stars despite flavor and texture not being perfect. The powder has some of the highest choline content I’ve found (45% DV). It also compliments the Ritual brand prenatal capsules, which I’ve been taking at the same time. I already analyzed their nutrition labels, and none of the values go over the recommended amounts when taken in combination. All in all, I’m satisfied with the product and will continue using throughout my pregnancy and breastfeeding

Great ingredients for pregnancy and general health
I’ve been using this protein powder for well over a year now. It’s expensive considering it’s only about 15 days worth but I tend to try buy when there are offers. We’ve been trying for a baby so we wanted to ensure our life style habits were good. The protein content on this is great for a meal. I usually combine with spinach, blueberries, banana and almond butter for my breakfast so I don’t really think about the texture or smell. But I do love it. You can make it your own.

Tastes like chalk
The serving size to get 20g of protein is so much powder it’s impossible to mix it fully with 16oz of liquid (the instructions say 8-12oz but that clearly wouldn’t have been enough). The flavor is fine. It’s just so chalky it’s like drink a chalky paste, not a smoothy. I even used my immersion blender and it didn’t help. So expensive for a product that doesn’t work! Skip!

It’s okay I might switch to a different brand.
It’s got great stuff in it and makes me feel like I have energy after I finish drinking it. The flavor, texture, consistency, and smell is hard to keep down in the first trimester especially day after day. It is filling which is great. This is my fifth-ish bag and I might switch it up to a different brand, the vanilla is boring and I now have it associated with first trimester nausea. Chocolate would be a nice option or even flavorless to add to other things.

No stevia on it! Love it
I always wanted to take a protein shake since pregnant but I was looking for something natural that doesn't have stevia because I hate the taste of it, this is it!! Lovely creamy shake that makes you full while providing nutritional value that you might need postpartum, it's kind of pricey but I like it! Has sugarcane so you can add milk or water and it tastes so good

Overrated
I do not understand the hype around this product. The taste is not as good as every makes it out to be. I see a lot of influencers recommending this product but I just do not love it. The texture is gritty even when blended and it's fairly pricey compared to other high quality powders on the market. it doesn't mix that well but i will say it is easy on the stomach! Good for digestion so that was nice.

I love this powder!
I’m 1 week postpartum and breastfeeding. I have been working through other protein brands during my pregnancy, including Orgain. I found them all horribly sweet with an unbearable artificial sweetener flavor that ruined all my smoothies and coffee. This one is different, it definitely has a flavor of vanilla cake batter but is MUCH Nicer than the others I tried. It blends well if you add it after the liquids in your smoothie or morning coffee. Would highly recommended, it keeps the hunger pangs away!

Great addition to prenatal diet
I loved how much protein this added to my diet with low carbs. I would use a scoop with a tbsp of low carb nut butter, a cup of nonsweetened almond milk and ice and water. It makes a great breakfast or snack with 12 total carb and 32 g protein. I didn't give it 5 stars because the flavor still had that other sweetener aftertaste. That is another reason for the nut butter.
