Good and effective product
I was using another more exspensive liquid turmeric product for several months when I ran out. Within a few days I noticed that my knee (one I had surgery on years ago) was starting to give me some annoying discomfort. I saw a deal on this one so I decided to give it try. I’m happy with the result. After a couple days of taking it the annoying burning sensation in my knee was gone. It even held up after a couple mile run. Good product that I will use again in the future.

takes time - as all regimens do
i've been using this product for a week or so and will potentially come by and update a review. i have had no adverse side effects and the pills seem to dissolve appropriately (no crazy aftertastes). since i do take a multi-vitamin as well as another supplement for joint pain - i will ultimately need to take the tumeric solo for some time to determine which are most beneficial.

I love turmeric and its benefits...
I love turmeric and its benefits - my go-to use is usually turmeric tea or tonic, but this is a great supplement if I don’t have time to make it. I’m a distance runner and I use it for recovery and joint health. Great stuff!

Ease of swallowing capsules and flavorless. I’ve only been taking them a week but they seem to be helping with my joint pain. I’ll continue taking and report back after first bottle is complete.

I have tried these claiming to have absorption but I don’t notice any difference . I really don’t get much from turmeric. I don’t get the hype.
