Great, but messy
I love this chalk. I heard about it on the Post Up stream and had to give it a try. It adheres to the tip very well and provides great action/grip on the cue ball. You can definitely get away with only chalking once every rack or maybe even two racks if you’re not shooting any power draws/force follows. It comes in a nice metal case which will save you a few bucks if you buy cases to protect your high-dollar chalks like I do.*However* It is a wet chalk. I don’t think it’s as messy as Kamui .98 but it will definitely get on the cue ball and even the object balls. I understand that having dirty balls can potentially lead to unnatural rolls but I haven’t noticed anything significant enough to negatively impact play. Prior to buying this chalk I was using V10 which I consider to be the golden standard for balancing cleanliness and tip-adherance.Despite it being super messy I prefer it over the V10 and I think it’s now my favorite chalk to use. Even though it gets all over the balls I think the performance pros outweigh what I consider to be the only con.

Quality Chalk
Amazing!! Chalk holds well and there is not a lot of residue after chalking my tip. Very pleased with this product!

Great Chalk
Great Chalk, but you have to treat it like the princess it is or it will break. Work well for all disciplines. This chalk will let you grab the edge of the cue ball and shoot it with accuracy.

Excellent performance on par with newer chalk formulations. Cool travel case. A bit expensive.
This review is for the "TP7500 | TP Chalk 7500 | TurningPoint Professional Billiard Pool Cue Chalk Gray" that I ordered via the Vine program.I have used the standard Masters blue chalk for most of my pool playing history. It's consistent, easily available, and seems to be the go-to for nearly every pool hall in the US. Recently, a friend of mine convinced me to switch to the Taom v10 chalk, and that was an epiphany. Many of the newer chalks on the market are significantly more expensive than the old reliable Masters, but they offer improved performance in many areas: tip retention, less dust and mess, less frequently needing to chalk, and overall consistency. When I saw this chalk, I had to try it. It's priced Like the Taom and other newer chalk formulations, but it advertises the same list of characteristics that make the newer chalks' have increased performance. Actually, this chalk is even a bit more expensive, but it does come with a really nifty case for transporting and protecting the chalk between uses.I've found this chalk to be similar to the Taom in most of the important ways, but it seems to be a bit more wet or clay-like when going on. This consistency doesn't seem to affect how well it sticks to the cue and how little dirt or chalk transfer to the balls or table occurs. All in all, I'm very pleased with it. I did notice that the chalk seems to be wearing down faster than my Taom, and at this price, that is definitely worth noting.During play, I can't really tell the difference between a cue chalked with the Taom V10 and this chalk, so choice really comes down to cost over time and availability. Looking at the Turning Point store on Amazon. I only see one chalk choice in the 7500 line, and that's this one. It's only available as a single cube and always with the aluminum and magnetic chalk case. Since it's about $10 more than the equivalent competitors' chalks and it seems to wear down the cube a bit faster than the others, I can't really justify the pricing just for the cool case.Would I buy it again? I definitely like the performance of the chalk, but I don't think it's price-point makes it competitive after the initial purpose. I mean, how many of the cases does one need? I'd like to see more colors and optional availability in less expensive packaging; don't do away with the case but give the option to purchase without it.

Great pool cue chalk, effective and efficient
This is great pool cue chalk - my wife is a regular billiards player, and she feels she needs to use less chalk with this than with the standard blue chalk you find in billiards halls to get her cues set. The case is especially nice to keep the chalk secure and dry. While pricey, with this chalk, my wife needs to chalk her cues less for great control and precision.

Great chalk!
This chalk is amazing. I've been looking for a good chalk for a while now. On my regular stick, I can get several shots in without even needing to chalk. On my break stick, it has a hard plastic tip and regular chalk is really hard to get to stay and has led to several mis-cue's. Ever since I started using this chalk on the break stick, I have had almost no issues with my breaks.

Premium Pool Cue Chalk - Excellent Feel and Clean Play
This pool cue chalk is a top choice for players seeking enhanced control and consistent performance. It offers a premium feel and excellent grip on the cue tip, leading to more precise shots. The neutral grey color is a practical benefit, as it avoids marking up pool tables, regardless of felt color. The included magnetic case is a welcome addition to protect the chalk and keep your cue case clean. While the magnetic closure is secure, it might be slightly fumbly for quick access. However, the overall quality of the chalk and its clean play make it a highly recommended option for serious players, and its worth the price.
