Square bits snap in half during installation
Much like a few others on here, my square bit snapped in half during installation as well.

Made my own mini tools…
Works Perfect! Handcrafted a set - 8 inches long for mini lathe. Bought three, 24 inch long screwdrivers from Princess Auto. Used the steel from one, and slid handles off three. If you’re interested, the tap size for thread is 4M 0.70 and don’t forget the slight countersink for screw taper. It does protrude through the cutter.

Cutters you can Handle. ;-)
I bought these to make my own lathe tools. Once I made a handle to hold the first cutter (square) I was amazed how well the carbide cutter does compared to my traditional lathe tools. Now that all three are mounted on tool shafts I will use them to make wooden handles for them.
