Super for the job and perfect for over-the-shoulder filming
This was my 3rd try of buying something like this and it's the only one that actually works. It's sturdy enough to change all the different angle points whilst staying pretty solid. I do leatherworking so I'm often hammering on the table that it's secured to, which does mean that sometimes it comes out a little jittery, but if I was doing something less manual then it would be perfect.
