This product just missed the mark. I love the concept! But there is a flaw in the execution of the product. 4 out of 8 lightbulbs didn't work properly. They "worked" but didn't work as promised. I am not sure if something happened to them in transit, or what? Other than that, I loved the ones that DID work as they were supposed to.THE BULBS THAT DIDN'T WORK:When I replaced 'some' bubls at my house, I would turn off the light, and after a second or two, the backup battery would kick on, and the bulb would come back on. It would slowly dim until the battery died.THE BULBS THAT WORKED:All bulbs in lamps seemed to work perfectly (I had two in my kid's rooms). There were also a few bulbs that worked in my bathrooms - that when I would put them in, they would turn ON with the switch turned ON, and OFF with the switch turned OFF. This is what is supposed to happen.In the end, I returned them, because only 50% of them worked properly. :( Oh well.

Live in hurricane country, & this is a MUST have item. Works as promised, and long as the lights ARE NOT 3-way etc...& open ground, they will work as advertised. Some ppl have had issues, but even days won't work in 3-way light fixture OR a multiple light switch....as these usually aren't wired correctly, causing light to stay on, as it thinks there's a power failure! If lights wired correctly, won't have ANY issues....at least I don't. Love these! Didn't give 5/5, only b/c the end contacts start to peal causing lightbulb not to work as well in your hand holding it, & requires the included on/off hanging switch. Otherwise, they are great. Bright, last 6 hrs, & don't get hot. When on battery power, light isn't as bright, but that's too be expected; so, it will last long time. HAPPY!

This product description clearly indicates that these lights are "soft Light". When the product arrived the box clearly indicates that these are "Daylight" (bright white/ blue white, not soft white or warm white/yellow white. I specifically selected this product rather than similar products because other products were identified as "daylight' and I wanted soft white. Also an unpleasant surprise the size of the bulb is problematic for most lamps that have a shade - the bulb is too big to fit in the socket and put the shade back on. Most of my harp style lamp shade with a spider fitter will not accommodate the bulb. - and for lamp shades with a UNO fitter the bulb rises above the top of the shade.NOT Happy

They do not work when the electricity goes out! It will only work when the bulb is removed and the hanger device is attached to it! This has a on/off button.

They are not very bright , and 3 of the eight will not work .I don’t know how many hooks to hang the bulbs are supposed to be here but I received 4.

This is a must have item. I bought extra gave them away to family and neighbor’s. Everybody’s happy.

The brightness is a little dim, but, when the power went off, I was grateful to have them!Easy to use. I have had them for a few months.

We had our first power outage last night & at first I thought the power had come back on. These work great!
