I was excited to try this out, esp with its promise of maintaining my temperature. The instructions mention these ‘upward animation bars’ on the left side of the display that indicate when the mug is actively heating. While this is a nice feature in theory, I found the bars a bit tricky to interpret at first, especially if you’re not used to checking for them every time.It’s supposed to heat up once you select a temperature, but in my experience, I had to be extra mindful to check that it was actually heating. There was one occasion where I assumed it was doing its job, only to realize my coffee wasn’t even close to warm after a while. It’s a good mug once you get used to it.

I like the look of the product. Nice size mug. Instructions are ridiculous. I’m drinking my coffee but it’s slowly cooling and I can’t figure out how to keep the liquid hot.And I just changed my rating. After using this for a week, I can truthfully say, I hate it. I wish I had kept the packaging because I’d return it. The liquid doesn’t stay consistently hot. It’ll cool to 124 even if I have it set at 145. Very disappointed I wasted my money.Back again. If I could go from one to zero stars, I would. Ineffective customer service. After a couple back and forth emails, the rep suggested I take a video of the cheap piece of crap, instead of suggesting a return/replacement. I would have accepted a replacement, but they were treating me like I was an idiot, so the item goes back and I’ll turn to another manufacturer with better reviews.

I have this to my husband for Xmas. He loves it. Although it doesn’t get as hot as he likes it it still stays at a decent temperature of 145 degrees. The charging capability is quick and it is easy to clean. My husband is big coffee drinker so this was great gift. Very durable and should last long time.

I remember seeing these types of coffee mugs a few years back. Thought they were overpriced and gimmicky. But as I’ve gotten older and have changed the way I drink coffee, I have come to realize how convenient it is to keep your coffee at an ideal temperature. It took me a little while to get around to this product, but now that it’s winter I have definitely come to use it. The coffee mug itself is nice. Color is black and it looks good on the counter. The coaster is unobtrusive and functions like it should. You do need to read over the material though as the controls and setup are a little weird. You have 4 different temperature levels and depending on how you like your coffee will hold it at that temperature level. It can go from lukewarm to scorching hot, however the more it has to maintain a higher temp the faster the battery drains. I usually prepare my coffee and keep the mug off the coaster next to me wherever I roam in the morning. So far I have maxed out the mug’s internal battery at about 2:30 hours keeping it at a mode temp setting. That is a decent amount of time considering the actual volume this mug holds is on the smaller size. It can hold about 8 oz of fluid before it becomes too much. Two other quick side notes. One it has to be hand washed due to the battery and metal components. Two, mine does not always want to charge on the coaster base. I have had a couple issues but they were minor and I was able to work through them. Overall a nice product, especially for the price.

Cleaning is easy and keeps the temperature of the coffee nice and hot. The battery life is great the size and the value for money is also a plus. Another plus is this would be great as a gift for a coffee lover.
