I have been using these sleep patches for almost 6 months. These are an upgraded version that contain more of the active ingredient melatonin which is good for sleep. I was excited to try these simply because they have more of that hormone which enhances sleep and lets the body know it’s time to shut down.As with the other patches, these seem to help me sleep deeper and longer and return to sleep generally after I wake up if I need to use the bathroom. I have had better sleep and I'm planning to just put a patch on every night. You want to put them on 1/2 hour before retiring but often I forget and just do it a couple of minutes before I go to sleep: they are still as effective.They're very reasonably priced. I love that the active ingredients are all-natural plant-based herbs! We put enough junk into our system because of the preponderance of chemicals laden in our environment, so I was happy to find a true natural based sleep patch.I highly recommend you try them.

YES! I have had trouble sleeping for years and always took something before bed to help like a sleeping pill or benadryl. I was so tired of having to do that and I know its not good to keep doing that. I found these and decided to try them. YAY!! They work great for me!! I put one right at the underside of my wrist, where all those veins are, right near my palm. These are not like the thin square patches. Those came off at night and I had to search for them in my bed. These are more substantial and do not come off. I don't get the sticky residue left on my skin from these either. When I run out of these, I'm definitely repurchasing!!

These work very well for me. They help calm me down before bed, help me fall asleep, and help me stay asleep. I personally am a little bit extra sensitive to things like this so I cut them in half and they’re perfect. If I use a whole one I am a little groggy in the morning. Occasionally I will get a slight red mark on my arm where I wore it the night before, but I just ignore it and it usually goes away within an hour or two.

I purchased these patches because they had the best reviews but were also the most affordable, and they did not disappoint. Other products have a stiff, hard to remove sticker but these are a nice soft, flexible sticker that is both easy to remove in the AM, but does not come unstuck throughout the night. They have a pleasant smell. I like to place them on my foot so it's not too strong for me. They have a very cute design and are super easy to use. I have a lot of difficulty sleeping and have tried everything, and believe that these have helped me sleep better. Nothing will be a miracle but if you have difficulty with sleep, absolutely give these a shot. They are good quality at an affordable price for 42 patches. I brought these with me traveling and loved them.

I have had trouble falling and staying asleep for as long as I can remember, and I have tried more OTC sleep aids then I can count. When I saw and read the advertisement online for The RAAYAM Sleep Patches, and the ingredients in them. I decided to order them that day and give them a try. They arrived the next day and my husband and I both, that night put a patch on. About 20 minutes later, we were both out! Fast asleep! In the morning we removed the patch, and we were both sharing with one another, how well they worked for us, how quickly we fell asleep, and stayed asleep all through the night!When my husband noticed we only had 2 left, he made sure to tell me, "We need to order more patches. I don't want us to run out and not be able to sleep again."If you have troubles falling asleep and sleeping throughout the night, I would definately recommend ordering some of The RAAYAM Sleep Patches! I assure you, that you will experience the best night of sleep you have ever had!

60 yr old female. Trouble sleeping for years. This patch doesn't help me sleep longer, but does help me sleep deeper. I've never been able to take melatonin but this form doesn't bother me. However, as a word of caution, put it somewhere visible or set a reminder the next morning. I forgot about taking one off and it was on until the next night. It left a nasty chemical burn on my skin around the edges of the patch. Hurt for a week. Not sure if I'll order again.

2 stars because they are cute and smell good. Otherwise they are a cross between a bandaid and a cute sticker that smells good. Tried for a week and no help with sleep. I always went by reviews of others as they stated these work great...I'm glad they do for others but these don't make me drowsy or nothing but a benadryl 5mg will knock me out. So that's my review.

These patches help me sleep more roundly, and are simple to apply and remove.
