MakitaML106 12V Max CXT Lithium-Ion Cordless Adjustable Beam L.E.D. Flashlight, Only

Let me first disclose that I am a complete tool geek,I am on 4 18v professional platforms as well as 4 12 v professional tool platforms.the 12 v include DeWalt, Milwaukee, Bosch and of course Makita CXT.I recently switched my main tool bag drill and impact from gen 2 m12 fuel hammer drill and impact to the CXT brushless hammer drill and brushless impact in favor of the latter's more compact size and superior ergonomics,in order to keep one battery for all the tools in my back pack I had to also switch worklights from m12 to CXT and what a pleasant surprise it has been.I have no complaints about the m12 I have been carrying for years now,it's compact,bright and useful in tight spaces .I was somewhat concerned when the Makita arrived as it is about a third larger over all than the Milwaukee but a quick test of it's lighting ability soon allayed my concerns.Firstly the adjustable beam from wide area to bright spotlight makes this an over all more capable and flexible light,it's brightness is significantly more powerful than the m12 and build quality is of Makitas typically high standards.This is my 14th cxt tool and I have to say that this is an extremely overlooked platform,I have had a handyman/remodeling business for 25 years and love what I do,a quality tool is a joy to use and applications that don't require the power if 18 v are much more comfortably performed with 12v from my experience.To sum up,this is a must have for all on CXT,and for those who are not,please take a look at this underrated and little mentioned platform

I've had this light for a few months now and I'm very happy with it. The light beam is remarkably uniform over it's full range from spotlight to wide angle. The beam direction adjustment along with the suspension strap and hook make it easy to set up illumination for tight or awkward spaces. This product has saved me a lot of time and trouble. It's rugged, and everything about it says quality.

I love this flash light, I just wish it had a magnet and not the hook. All and all its a very good Makita flashlight that you can adjust.

I purchased Makita CXT 12V Hammer Impact guns I can say the ML106 Flashlight with adjustable beam completed the package, I`m very satisfied ..Highly Recommend

Bright and beautiful and works great with the makita. My favorite part of the design is that you can set it down and have it act as a lamp. This worked particularly well during a brownout we had recentlyZ

A worthy purchase, but I would like to have more metal in connection place between handle and lamp

Sehr sinnvolle "Taschenlampe". Wie neu und völlig sauber aus dem Warehouse gekauft ;-)Allerdings verstehe ich den normalen, recht hohen VK-Preis nicht. Ein Akkuschrauber oder andere mechanische Geräte von Makita gibt es deutlich günstiger.

Ich musste es leider wieder zurück schicken da die Lampe auf 12V war und ich alles auf 18V betreibe. Trotzdem war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Lieferung und auch die Bewilligung zur Rückgabe ging sehr schnell. Nur leider konnte ich den Strichcode nicht drucken. Habe aber auch über DHL als Paket mit Sendungsverfolgung Retour geschickt.Mfg R.Ziegler
