Charger Starter Car Adapter
This power pack is an adapter. The battery car charger is simple, you can use it in two ways. One way is the DC plug-in and the other way is the car lighter plug. Both are sufficient. It comes with two fuses. Small enough to go under the car seat. It will do what you want.

Jack connections on both devices?
This power adaptor is doing what I expect. Output is ~14V for charging 12V batteries, yet is also regulated to 14V so you can't "overcharge" them. That is ideal for use as a battery charger for actual 12V batteries. Note, many "jump starter" packs out now may accept "12V power", yet have internal batteries like "5V 30,000mAH" rating where those details may not be as vital for them since the power must be converted from ~12V to it's 5V. I also see that this only works on the biggest NOCO packs (although you can likely find adaptors to make it work on many others). The only thing I'm questioning is if they expect you to be able to connect the lighter plug into their supply because they have female jacks on both of them (so they can't go together). I suppose that lighter plug could be to allow you to charge the packs from the car, yet included in this kit is interesting. The first picture of what they have shows both of them as the "jack" (like I've usually seen on the battery packs more than cords).
